Love seeing all the comments from patients and old employees talking about the dumpster fire this location has become. This is what happens when you drive out passionate, friendly, educated employees who care about serving patients and replace it with corporate friendly bottom lines. This location was once recognized as the best of the mainline, now I wouldn’t recommend Trulieve to anyone!

This company prioritizes hiring retail-focused individuals from outside rather than promoting long-serving employees with cannabis knowledge. Currently, visiting this location might result in being served by a questionable character previously fired for inappropriate behavior, or encountering a seemingly idle staff member. It might be more worthwhile to visit Organic, which appears to prioritize patient care over profits.

I seen 2 corporate people in here who don’t do anything and know nothing about cannabis they have 1 bud tender checking in patients and serving them because they don’t know what to and how to sell cannabis miss the old staff they are the best these new guys don’t wanna do work they out they’re work on everyone else

So disappointing to see how Trulieve upper management has driven all the long time workers away. This location was something special and the new regional manager Adam and Hanna turned it into the opposite of what a dispensary is supposed to be and uphold the values of serving the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Shame on all of them.

It's unfortunate this company donates money and resources to police. They helped a PA police force get a drug sniffing k9. They're locking up their own patients. Have fun with your buddy Ron Desantis, Trulieve. I miss Keystone.

They’re running a scam promotion they say 1st time buyers get 50 percent off and then ya second time u get 35 percent off and then your 3rd time u get 40 percent off but it’s a scam they purposely have every thing on sale and they say u can’t use your discount on items on sale.. so what they did was mark up all their price of their items then put a sale price on them like they really took $ off when the truth is they mark up the prices so that way they break even when u apply the discount ..so it’s almost like buying at reg prices without no discount u buy anything they have on sale u don’t get it and the discount they trying to give u has ALREADY BEEN APPLIED but they try to spin u like ur getting it..They way they have that scam set up is so confusing but if u smart u will catch it..I wouldn’t recommend goin here go to ascend dispensary which is right down the street..and this place does not give u points at all but ascend dispensary does..DOnT GO HeRE AT ALL it’s a scam..and on top the same stuff they have ascend has but a lot cheaperGO TO ASCEND DISPENSARY which is literally down the street..They have the same stands they have but cheaperThis place is a RIP OFF

This review is today, 12/6/2023.My first time at THIS location...Got buzzed in, gave my PA med card to guy at counter. He said, 'can I have your ID'. I asked why he needed my driver's license, and he replied 'because you're not in our system'. I said, I've never been you this location, but I've been to the branches in 3 order places.Well, after giving my name, rank and serial number to counter guy, i was led into the den by Christina. Nice young lady, who upon looking up my account, told me 'oh yes, you are already in the system'From that point on, things went as smooth as the proverbial SILK ?KUDOS CHRISTINA???✌️✌️
