I almost wish I was sick more often ?. Seriously, the patient experience is by far the best of any medical provider I have needed to visit in my 62 years on earth. I never answer surveys unless I feel strongly - good or bad - and in this case I felt the need to proclaim the excellence of PatientFirst. Great people and great process. Thank you!

Their service hours is 8am to 8pm on Tuesday. When my husband and I arrive at 7:30pm, they asked us to leave because they are closing soon, then asked us to IM health instead. Very disappointed.

From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warmth and efficiency, making the registration process a breeze thanks to Kristin. My nurse, Yolanda, was not only professional but also incredibly supportive, answering all my questions with patience and empathy.The highlight of my visit was meeting Dr. Shaulis and Dr. Elko, who, together, tackled a rather 'TICKlish' situation with the utmost professionalism and skill. Their teamwork, expertise, and comforting presence turned a potentially stressful experience into a reassuring one. Without going into the nitty-gritty, let's just say they expertly navigated a TICKlish predicament with grace, ensuring a thorough and gentle resolution.I cannot express enough gratitude for the care and comfort provided by the team at Patient First. Their exceptional service has not only resolved my issue but also left me with a deep appreciation for their commitment to patient care. I’ve received care at this specific location over the last few years. Every time I am pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, attentiveness and kindness of the staff, and the ease of the entire check in/check out process. The provider today was exceptional with my 6 year old daughter. I was hesitant to bring her to a non-pediatric urgent care for some chest congestion but time was a factor when deciding where to go. The provider was kind, patient, sweet, and reassuring to my very nervous 6 year old. Knowing my daughter was treated kindly, with love, and with care, I will absolutely be back for all of my families needs!

Definitely an impressive establishment, so clean, it looked as it just opened today. Everyone is very attentive to the Patients needs, it made me feel glad to have gone there. Sophia’s pleasant smile, and the nurse that did my treatment brought me instant comfort. Thanks to Dr. Black for taken great care of me, when I needed the most.

I love this urgent care. The people are always so nice. It’s a one stop place because they have the capability of supplying medicine, taking X-rays among other things. Very convenient and clean!

I have been to this location several times, and every time I am treated respectfully with patience and with care. I have never felt rushed. Sometimes there’s been a longer wait, but I know that they have no control over how many people walk in the door. I love the concept and this particular location is very good.

Everyone I can in contact with was wonderful. The woman at the front desk, nurse, and Brandon were all kind and reassuring. I’ve never had a better urgent car experience and have already recommended this place to others

My doctor was amazing! She came in with a smiling face, which means a lot. She was very thorough in explaining the diagnosis and treatment plan and eased my concerns with my BP. Everything she did was exemplary!
