ok well the owner debby is a very close relative to me and the walton family and i really do think that debby the owner has some great talent she is doing a great job (note to everyone do wat ur good at)

I can't even tell you how great Permanent Solutions is. The owner Debbie is just great. I met her 10 years ago when she didn't have her own place and now I drive 45 minutes just to go to her Salon. She gives the best haircuts for men and women. Prices are great and haircuts are even better.
