“I was returning a package and had a USPS label on my phone but no printer. The company wouldn't send me a QR code. USPS couldn't help me but said UPS could. They couldn't print the label either but the employee told me I could email it to them and he could print a UPS label. Thing was, I didn't know how to email! The employee helped me with that too. I was in a real pickle and didn't know what to do but they solved my problem easily! They were terrific!”

“Came here after a horrendous experience with the Folsom, Pa location. The Folsom store had an abysmal, miserable woman working printing, extremely rude and downright unhelpful.

“I have shipped small loads before with another company and had a bad experience. TSI made this so easy. I worked with Steve and he and the team kept me informed and picked up one piece of furniture in one state and within a week, we had the piece in our home in another state. The movers were professional and called the day before and then about 30 minutes before they showed up for delivery. They even picked up furniture after 2 feet of snow was dumped at the pick up location.”

About three years ago, our clinic needed to ship a large, critical piece of medical equipment out of state. I visited four other UPS stores first, but every single one turned us down, claiming the equipment was too large to ship through them, or quoting an outrageously high price.
As a last place, I brought it to this UPS Store, and they were an absolute lifesaver. They took a look at our equipment and found a way to ship it at a very fair and reasonable price. On top of that, they packaged it themselves with extreme care to ensure it wouldn't get damaged in transit.
Thanks to their outstanding service, an important issue for our clinic was resolved smoothly. Ever since that day, this is the only UPS Store I use. Highly recommended”

“I was amazed at how kind, thoughtful and masterful this team was. I wanted to print almost 2-dozen copies of children’s artwork as a class keepsake, and everyone was extremely patient in reviewing the options with me, helping me strategize how to get the best product within budget, and communicating about quality concerns (I didn’t think about the fact that light-colored crayons and pencils wouldn’t copy well — I received a phone call immediately about this and we figured out a great work-around. I was shown proofs at this time to make sure everything was going to print as clearly and neatly as possible.)
I definitely did not appreciate all of the nuances involved with this last-minute idea of a printing project, and the lovely team at Fed Ex was so patient and kind with every aspect of the process. Can’t recommend highly enough.
(Obviously it’s also a great place to ship things, but I’ve never needed the hand-holding on that end. Overall, it’s just a great place to work with.”

“Clean, not big but spacious enough. Very friendly personnel. There were 2 guys and both were friendly, welcoming, respectful. I shipped the large cumbersome box and one guy opened the entrance door as soon as he saw me and my friend approaching. He said a little nice joke. Then I needed some time to find the QR codes on my laptop and Another guy waited for me, patiently, ready to get it shipped. Then he immediately printed the labels and glued them to my box. It was a nice encounter with Fedex. I liked it. Highly recommend!”

Also any bubble mailer has gotten where it needs to as well. Shipped 115+ cards and counting right in the blue box outside, have yet to have an issue.”

“Such a small post office, but such big helpful, friendly and efficient customer service! I needed them to print me a duplicate receipt 24 hours after the drop off of a package. He stayed with the task until he found the receipt so I had the tracking number. Outstanding customer service. What you want in a neighborhood post office. Great and friendly place to do business!”
