Great service from Vidal Rivera. We have been facing heating issue for the last 1 year. Vidal sorted out the issue within 5 mins. Thanks to him.
He also sorted out the water leakage issue which was going in for years. He patiently looked at the issues and found the root cause & sorted it out.

Worst possible management.
Ive complained many times on noise and there's no action at all. Apartment lacks proper house fittings. Everything is just cheap and breaks when you touch it.
No elevators. Horrible floor plan. No security camera in the parking lot and my car got damaged.

DO NOT RENT HERE. READ OTHER REVIEWS. THIS APARTMENT IS NIGHTMARE COME ALIVE!!!
- Heavy Rat Infestation
- Heavy Roach Infestation
- Heavy Insect Infestation.
- Building is not properly enclosed and sealed. So, insects will come crawling in.
- Heating won't work always. When you call maintenance, they will say you can throw on a sweater.
- A/C from 1990(s) or older perhaps. Literally.
- Old kitchen appliances that are falling part.
- Be ready to be a maintenance person and create tens or hundreds of maintenance orders, literally.
- Grime and cobwebs everywhere.
- Enter the building and there is dirt and rust everywhere.
THIS IS A DIRTY FILTHY HORRIBLY MAINTAINED COMMUNITY!
There are recently a slew of reviews praising the maintenance guys? LOL. We live here and don't really believe the veracity of it. At best, the buildings are dirty, appliances are from last century but we will come by and fix it? And oh not to mention the rats. At worst, these reviews seem questionable!

At any given moment there is a group of 6-8 children screaming at the top of their lungs in my hallway. I’ve thought about joining in screaming because I guess that’s just allowed. There is another group who does the same in the hall above me. I’ve only lived here for two weeks and it is genuinely like I’m living inside a daycare.

I’ve noticed that one of the biggest drawbacks of living in this community is the condition of the streets and common areas. The walkways, parking lots, and roadways often look untidy, with litter left unattended for long periods of time. Raccoons roam around here. We are paying trash fee every month which is not included in the rent. Clean and well-kept grounds are important not just for appearance but also for safety and overall comfort. Unfortunately, the current level of upkeep makes the complex feel neglected and less welcoming. I strongly encourage management to schedule more frequent cleaning of the streets and shared spaces. Regular maintenance, trash collection, and landscaping would go a long way toward improving the atmosphere and making residents feel more positive about where they live.

Super cute area, very family friendly, and maintenance is on top of things (shout out to Vidal for fixing my sink in like 5 minutes that was awesome).

We've had an ongoing problem with an oven burner that kept breaking, even after multiple repair attempts.
When Vidal from the maintenance team visited today, he quickly diagnosed the underlying issue and fixed it for good. Thanks to him, everything is working perfectly now—the burner is secure and heats up as expected.
I was very impressed by Vidal's hard work and positive attitude. He is clearly passionate about what he does, and we are very grateful for his help.
