My experience with the driver was excellent. However, it took 3 days to get a receipt. I recognize typo's happen and I had to call to get my email corrected. after the second call the email still wasn't correct, so I emailed them directly through their contact page so I knew they would have the correct email address. The manager then calls me and yells at me for sending them an email for a typo, one they couldn't seem to get correct over the phone. He goes on to tell me to never call them again. Highly unprofessional. Only use these guys if there are no other options.

Driving to work for my night shift at the hospital on a Saturday night- I got a flat tire from a HUGE pothole on 363. I randomly called local tow services in distress. I called Tommy's and at first they said they were too far away from my location. I then called another place.. but the earliest I could get a flat tire changed was over an hour, which was not good. I was crying. Tommy called me back and said his son is close by, which was, I think, divine intervention. Luckily, both of his sons came pretty quickly, now at 11pm- and changed my tire. They were nice young men, very polite and respectful. They were outstanding. I'd totally use this company again! Thanks guys!!! To Tommy: you have such nice sons and did a great job raising them.

So a friend was in an accident on Gulph and Pugh. It was the other drivers fault when he failed to stop at a red light. Cops came along with Tommy's towing. When she asked if they could tow to AG autobody the answer was no. So of course once it got there, the gauging begins. So to go about 2 miles, the charge was $662.00. $250 towing and then all the other miscellaneous bs. Called Tommy's within the hour to let them know it would be picked up our AG Autobody. Paid via credit card and told $662. Shows on my CC $688. So called back to be told that's the 4% CC fee. Could you have told her that before the transaction or give her another option. Of course not. It is a stressful time being in a car accident and it is shame that people get taken advantage of. You try and support small businesses but get hosed in the end.

These guys are the worst. They charged $500 for a tow because they have a monopoly on cars towed in Radnor, so they can charge whatever they want. The lady on the phone is vulgar, rude, and the owner is a liar. To top it off, all of my valuables were missing from my car. Bad company, bad people from top to bottom.

called to enforce parking. Never come! They want me to give them a plate # and color of the car. If they come, I guarantee there will be a car for them to tow. But they won't come without details.

If I could give a 0 review I would! They are dishonest to the core. A multitude of issues accrued from telling me they are there way, to pricing and being yelled at by someone on the phone. Don't walk away from this company, run!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!

The pen is mightier than the sword! Zero stars. Yesterday we had the displeasure of meeting an employee of Tommy's Main Line Towing Service. The company for which I work was contracted to remove the contents of a particular estate. Upon our arrival at 9:30am, the attorney who was representing the estate informed us that this towing service was schedule at 10:00am to remove two vehicles from the garage. It was decided as a courtesy to the towing service, that our 18' trailer would not be parked in the driveway for it would have to be moved only in a half an hour. We started to wrap and box up the smaller contents of the home and staged the larged items, such as furniture and the like in the livingroom as we waited for the arrival of the towing service. 10:00am came and went...11:00am came and went...12:00pm came and went!!! By this time a call was made to the attorney asking for the ETA of the towing service. The attorney had to make some calls and then he called us back, stating it would be 10 minutes. At 12:15pm, we were outside of the home and I noticed that 1 tow truck/rollback was approaching. I waived at the driver to show him were the residence was. As he approached and stopped, I said "sir, how are you", (but didn't introduce myself) and kindly asked him if he could move a specific vehicle first (since it was blocking the garage door into the residence). We were ready to pack the trailer and had been for some time. He said "I'm gonna take both of them". "Awesome I said, but could you please take the vehicle on the left so that we can start packing the trailer?" He immediately said "don't tell me how to do my job...I'm gonna take both of them. I will add that he became quite nasty when he said it. Looking at ONE rollback, I wondered how he was going to do this. Again, I said to him "sir, I not trying to be nasty, were just asking if you could please take the vehicle on the left first, so that we could start packing the trailer"? He responded by saying..."how about if I just leave?" He NEVER infomed us that there was a second rollback on its way. Not wanting to escalate the situation, I walked away from him. The attorney was contacted in regards to what transpired. We were then informed that the realtor actually made the arrangements to have the vehicles towed. The realtor just happend to be onsite and she was informed of the situation as well. She was flabbergasted to say the least. It took them approximately 45 minutes (I timed it) to jumpstart both vehicles and remove them from the garage. So, to sum it all up...2 hours and 15 minutes late with no phone call, absolutely terrible attitude upon arrival by the driver and being threatened to leave without removing the vehicles. NOT a very good business practice!!! The way I see it, in my opinion, is this...they think YOU NEED them, so they can arrive late, have a terrible attitude and threaten to leave. By the way, the female passenger of the first rollback came over to us and apologized profusely in regards to the situation. I would encourage to read ALL of the reviews (too much time, theft, over charging, storage fees, etc.) and think twice before using Tommy's Main Line Towing Service from Devon, PA. All of this could have been avoided (including this negative review) if the representative of Tommy's Mail Line Towing would have said "sure, I take the one on the left first for ya". I would have written a very nice positive review!!!

I called because I needed a tow and asked for a quote. I was given a quote very quickly, so I repeated it to make sure I heard right. He corrected me by $0.05, which was my bad, I misheard. I repeated the correct price per mile, said it was close, and as I took a breath to set up the tie, he hung up. I was trying to give you business, cuz.
