“I needed to get tires asap because the cords was showing on mine. I called Kings and they got me right in with no issue. The owner Bob (I believe) was very helpful. I had an issue with my bank card being charged twice. He called the cc company right then to try to fix the problem. When they couldn’t be offered to give me the money I paid until my refund returned. You don’t find people like that anymore. Just because of that in itself I will always get my tires there now. Thank you Kings Tires.”

I offer it to the guy just like as an added bonus/show of gratitude/appreciation or whatever, AND THE DUDE TAKES IT FOR PAYMENT!!!!!! I say to him "no, no, I actually have some money, I can pay, I'm not completely flat broke, I just thought since you guys were so cool you might like this thing here". And he refuses my cashapp card, looks at the price tag on this little lock out set thing and says to me "no no, this here was $15-$20bucks and that's about what it would've been anyway"So yeah, like I said, customer service here is ABSOLUTELY ABOVE AND BEYOND the best customer service anyone could ever find anywhere ON THE PLANET!!!!!Ruffs Dale Tire people: I just want to thank you once more!!! You guys were not only lifesavers, but also Godsends!!!”

“this is the best place and friendliest people ever. on my way home to north versailles after buying a car from a owner in bell verna i got lost and ended up in uniontown. the car that i had just bought started smoking i quickly pulled into mr tire. the employees there offered to fix my car because they looked and found out the car had a leaking hose. thank god i got lost near mr tire in union town. they fixed the hose and test drove it to make sure i made it home. these were the most friendly and compassionate people ever. i could never say thank you enough.”

“I was looking for a place to get tires done cheap. I found this place and you wouldn't expect it. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and also informed me of a wait time. While I waited they have a sitting area with a TV and vending machine. The staff that worked on the tires were very informative and polite and explained everything as it was happening. Would highly recommend.”
