Excellent service from the time of my accident, my rental car coverage, handled by Enterprise, and delivery after body shop work.
Rich, in Dickson City, is knowledgeable and courteous. He kept me in the loop every step of my cars' progress and even after.
Maryanne, at the front desk, was also helpful and friendly.

Extremely pleased with the work done to my truck and the professional service when dealing with insurance and keeping me posted of the progress.
Rich is an amazing at what he does and paid very close Attention to detail, my truck looked amazing when I got it back. It was back a week ahead of time as well. Very easy to work with. The whole experience with them was perfect!

BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL!! My insurance company recommend Cailber. I was skeptical, until I pulled in their yard. Very clean, front desk staff extremely friendly. Tony immediately went out and went over the damage with me. Grant, Tony and Roxanne were always available to answer my questions at anytime. Michelin star service. I would recommend Caliber Collison, Dickson City to anyone without hesitation!!!

Would give more stars if possible! Customer service by the entire team was top-notch. Communication was perfect through the whole process and an estimate of completion was provided in each communication. They also took care of getting a rental and called Enterprise for me when I returned the rental. Our SUV was done early and completely clean inside and out! Looked professionally detailed when I got it back. Would highly recommend this shop!
