There are more traffic cones in this parking lot than a highway construction project. These holes have been here for years now around the drainage grates. Now the entire lot is a big pot hole. Are you going to pay for your customers flat tires? CVS corporate and the managers of this site should be absolutely embarrassed.

I haven't been here in a while but it is. I believe the 21st of May. And it is about 9:15 PM and I stopped in to get some cat litter. Just realized I was out late night and I'm at the greatest crew. I stopped shopping here because some of the staff were just becoming so rude and hard to get to even wait on you. But I'll tell you what the crew they had tonight. I will be back and probably quite often like I used to be I met John who was so kind I felt like I knew of my whole like I was equally important to him and I felt appreciated for shopping in that store. Which is such a nice breath of fresh air? Because I used to feel like I was treated as though I was a thorn in their sides. And I say that because I remember telling the one girl.You know, you get frustrated that we come in here.But if we didn't, you wouldn't have a job to take care of your family with so I will say kudos to the new clue.They were wonderful

Store is dirty and disgusting. ATM hasn’t been cleaned in months. The same stain has been on there in the same exact place and it’s absolutely disgusting. Starting going to another pharmacy. Teach your staff to use a paper towel.

WHY DID YOU STOP EMAILING ME COUPONS. I'VE CALLED TWICE TO CORPORATE AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. BUT THEY DIDN'T. YOU ARE NO THE ONLY GAME IN TOWN, SO I CAN TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND I SURE AS HELL WILL SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT YOU AS WELL. I WILL MAKE IT MY LIFES WORK

Whoever is currently managing the front will cause you to lose customers. I will not come back. It was made clear by your “management “ how she did not want to be there. She was “ going to close early , Do you wanna be there till 10 o’clock , short on workers bla bla bla.. Volvo the only thing she made clear was how much she didn’t wanna be there and how inconvenienced she was by the entire experience….. None of this is your customers problem I needed help getting something off of a shelf that was locked … your manager huffed and puffed while following me to the shelf…then I need help at the self check out, that seemed like a big problem. Finally, I wanted to use a coupon, that wouldn’t work- I felt so put off from her that I didn’t even ask her to come over and help me a third time. So I lost the three dollar coupon I had put into the slot that the computer never applied….And by far!!!! this is not the first interaction I’ve had with this woman. Her whole attitude is not In line with customer service, accommodating people or being of help in anyway… Quite the opposite!

Worst worst worst service ever. I ordered something online and was not ready for 3 days. The customer service told me it will be canceled the next day but when I checked it again, it said I picked it up. Liars. I never received anything that my order was ready and I wasn’t even in town to pick up the order. This is the third time they didn’t get my order ready. If you are not capable, don’t take orders. Never had issues at any other CVS. This one is the worst.

The woman that is up front is the most miserable worker I have EVER come across in my life that I had to actually leave a review because I cannot even believe this woman has a job. She is astonishingly rude, sloppy, and unprofessional very bad look for any business.

The pharmacy techs have the worst customer service. If I call for help getting a refill there is always an issue. I am never notified if a script is on auto refill but needs to be refilled. Specifically if I am getting 3 month supply. Today I called to find out why my script was not filled. The girl who answered the phone was rude and spoke over me. Further, when I asked what needed to be done to fix the issue she said I needed to call my doctor, told me to have a nice day and hung up on me.
