My dishwasher delivery was rescheduled at least 4 times. When they brought it, they came on the wrong day and didn't even install it, they just left it in my living room. When we finally heard back, they said we had to get foam wine to install I t ourselves. Now I'm left with the old one. Terrible service from top to bottom, except for Bill K who did a great job with the sale.

Called this location to check the availability of water softener salt. The person that answered in plumbing told me he's with a customer and the salt it usually up front so he doesn't know if they have it. I asked for him to please transfer me to someone up front then, he hung up on me. I understand your busy but that's beyond unprofessional and rude. I'm a water operator that needs to buy pallets of chemicals at a time and can't waste time driving around so I guess we won't get them here.

As everyone says, I'd give it no stars if possible, specifically the appliance dept. i'm late in writing this review, as I figured it probably wouldn't do any good. This review is about 11 months late, but I figure it needs to be written. To make a very long story short I went to purchase an appliance package, armed with my measurements, and definite needs and wants. I was guaranteed it all will be delivered and installed and my old appliances taken away, and .I was charged accordingly. Long story short, it was a mess. Appliances did not fit delivery people were completely incompetent refused to haul away my old appliances even though I paid for, I had to hire a plumber off hours to install the icemaker, the list goes on I had to return to the store and re-order appliances that I really didn't want, I was lied to by the salesman twice, including table top microwave Which I didn't want, as I planned on an over the stove model . Well here it is eight months later, and the microwave does not work. I called Home Depot's customer service line as well as writing and got no response.I understand these things happen. When I called the store to inquire about what I need to do as it was under a year old, they told me to just call Whirlpool and hung up on me. I'm writing this to warn anyone to please not buy any appliances at Home Depot. I spent $4000 and ended up with items I didn't wantAnd virtually no customer service. By the way Whirlpool was very helpful and took care of the matter. You have been warned!

The Home Depot is my favorite "go to" store where I purchase all most everything for my home. But let me give you a warning about their installation. I purchased a storm door in May along with installation. It wasn't installed until August, thankfully I didn't need it in a rush. Their contractors are all out if town, not local people, so they are not coming to Scranton to install one door, you'll wait until they're good and ready, or have enough business to make it worth their while. Next time will hire my own installers. Once you pay for it, you're at their mercy.

My daughters marching band had to quickly line a field to practice on. The staff were quick to offer expertise and practical advice on how to do it. Customer service directed me to Ken, who was excellent.

Such a disappointment to spend over 2,000 on lumber and have so many Boeing or moldy pieces. Returns were made but the over all quality of the wood is poor at best. Such a bummer for our hard work in progress!

These are the abor vitae trees that Home Depot Dickson City sold me. When I called they said they wanted to tree back in order to return it when I gladly gave them order number, receipt, etc. no one that works there ever even heard of a Brandon Abor Vitae. Seems like a junky one they sold me. Three are dying since May.

I guess it was asking too much for someone to help us with our order of custom blinds. After we asked 3 associates for help we were told it was not their job but they would get someone to help us. No one came after they supposedly called 2 times. We ended up very frustrated and disappointed. It was sad that oour big order for blinds was kicked to the curb. Shame on Home Depot for having hired "slugs" to do a job to help people. Obviously they are in the wrong profession. Its not the first time that this kind of problem has happened there. We have switched to Lowe's.

Terrible customer service. Can't even ask an employee a question. Very unfriendly and terrible attitude. the gentleman i tried asking a question was just rude. have had a couple instances already where customer service falls short. if you don't want to be in customer service or help answer a question over the phone that can be handled in two minutes or less.... find another calling...
