I buy the products but I don't stay for long. I get the feeling I'm not welcome. The staff is friendly to some of the customers but not all. I'm not going to shop there as much and go elsewhere when I find what I need for the same price.

I shopped there on three occasions and on the first day found the staff was unfriendly. Icy politeness, or angry, worried faces. Always wanting to give the benefit of doubt I returned two additional times.The only customers I saw made to feel welcome are people that LOOK like the staff! They were treated to warm friendliness. It was so overt. Absolutely stunning. The products are good, the store looks clean. But that is small consolation for the maltreatment. It's a no go for me. I would order online, but there's so many other friendly stores to shop from, I figure I don't want to give them my business. Customers are aware.

Drove an hour to pick up a $2100 table for outside that we love. Knew from the get go something was going to be damaged. It was and then customer service says I can’t do anything and the manager offers $100 because they don’t have anymore in stock? So my only resort is to drive it an hour back and return it or take $100 gift card. Frustrated customer trying to just get a new base shipped to me….please help

I have to say Maria in the bakery department with glasses , she use to be in meat department is the most helpful outgoing and pleasant I must say . I wanted to recognize her for helping

Staff is fantastic and taking necessary steps to accommodate everyone during these trying times. Remember - they’re working & short staffed too…everyone’s trying and I give applause for staying strong!

I think whoever owns this Sam's Club location needs to remind their employees that they also represent the store. Especially in the customer service area, it's your job to help the customers not make them feel like a hassle for even coming to you.

Good gas prices, tends to be busy so I recommend ringing out in the app, this store has a different selection than wilkesbarre so I recommend shopping both and the mini chicken tacos are amazing!

I was going to sign a lease on a new restaurant. So I went there and spent about $500 on cleaning supplies. The restaurant deal did not go through. When I bought the stuff I asked the woman at the checkout if it was returnable due to Covid. She said yes it was all returnable. When I went to return it some old lady at customer service with short hair told me some of it was not returnable like the 4 gallons of soap. When I asked why she said consumable products are not returnable. So I said are you going to drink this bottle of soap? She said no I said that it's not edible is it? She gave me a hard time and I had to ask for a manager who returned everything without a problem it was ridiculous they need to train their personnel better and have better attitudes to the customers!!!

absolutely not when they can yell at a three year old and mother for not wearing a mask and telling us to leave her home when we told them she had a medical condition which i dont have to provide proof but could if needed . Nasty store do t care about customers .

Went to the customer service center and stood in line for 15 minutes to get "you shouldn't be here" and walked away from. Definitely getting rid of my membership. I won't be treated like less of a person over SAMS CLUB

Sam's Club is like any other store...you go there for a particular reason...generally good prices on certain items. The employees are part of the Walmart 'family'...which means that they are underpaid and over worked and being screwed over when it comes to getting enough hours for a full time check...among other things. So...why anyone would expect the employees at Walmart or Sam's Club to be as happy as Christmas Elves is really quite beyond me. Just show your ID, get your items and get the heck out...and if some overworked, underpaid and unhappy employee doesn't smile or jump high enough when you ask your question...get over yourself.
