Don’t get invitations printed here! You get what you pay for. They had a sale so I printed my son’s bday invites. I went to pick them up and they are missing the boarders they looked like they were hand cut and all messy. I was actually confused how they could look so bad she said she was having a hard time printing them. So instead of calling me and telling me what was happening she continued. I took them bc I only ordered 25 but could tell there was way more than that so I figured I could pick through and send out the best of the worst. I am writing this because I sat down to put them in the envelopes and they don’t fit!! I am so annoyed I now have to buy new envelopes. So much for saving any money.

I wish there were negative stars to give to this location. Absolute morons work here, when you call them they tell you one thing and when you drive out to them to get something done they tell you something completely opposite. Not only am I never coming back, I am gonna make sure I tell everyone I know about the terrible experience I had here.

I wanted to purchase a pre assembled desk chair and pay the 20.00 charge like I did for the last two chairs I purchased this year. The store would not sell me the chair, what customer service is that?
If I wanted a chair in the box I would buy it from Amazon and it would be delivered to my business in two days.
If staples doesn’t want my business today they sure as hell not getting in the future.
Just ordered my chair from Amazon and I will have it delivered by Thursday. Also it was 27.00 cheaper, go figure!

Ladies room extremely problematic for my wife. She thought she was going to be locked in because of the door configuration and it made it impossible to leave the stall she was in. We had to report it to the exit cashier. She barely made it out. I stayed nearby outside the ladies room in case she had a problem. Shame on you. That is a known problem for a long time that you are not addressing!!!
I get no benefits from doing business with you.
Ink. Cartridges are way too expensive.

Got a great deal on a Lazyboy office chair. I have a bad back and this chair is the best I ever found and was on sale. They kid walked to my car and helped me put it inside. So easy to put together. Thank you Staples!

Went to the store for toner and ink. Didn't find all that I needed but a salesman came to me and asked me if I needed help. I was looking for HP toner in blue and yellow. There wasn't any on the shelf, but he went back to the storeroom and got them for me. I am sorry I didn't get his name but was grateful for the help. I really didn't want to go to Best Buy.
