So I started going to Starbucks with my girlfriend and each time we would place an online order for TWO drinks and each time we would wait 30 mins almost to an hour for our drinks. Drinks are good but the wait time is frustrating

Waited 30 minutes for a mobile order to be completed when the eta was 9 minutes. Staff refused to cancel orders for the 10 people waiting and the drink they did produce was over done milk with a splash of espresso.

I had a very positive 1st time here. I visit alot of Starbucks and I've seen the good and the not so goodFortunately a very enjoyable experienceThe young lady was oozing positivity. I asked for my sandwich to be prepared a certain way and she double checked and overall people like her need to be encouraged to keep showing that positive attitude. Nowadays it's in desperately short supply and the other young man was just as positive. She had a car in drive thru when I approached her and she apologized and said she would return momentarily and she did. Starbucks as a whole is a very busy franchise and people who come here typically have particular tastes but also be mindful as busy as they are they r under extreme pressure to cater to all our needs and when I see someone like this young lady display that welcomed attitude I'll always give feedback highlighting that. Too often only negative experiences are shared never positive and I'm all about fair play. If u experience positive or negative share equally because they both play a vital role in getting what u want and needHopefully in the future since I'm a truck driver I'll be fortunate to visit this location again and hopefully her bosses give both employees an acknowledgment of a job well done

The staff here was all smiles and had good enegy. When there was a line of 3 people, 2 staff members were on the registers. Both cashiers were polite and personable. Thanks so much for your great customer service today!

A very rare occurrence on the 28th of December, 2023. The lady told us it would "take 20 mins for anything on the menu" even before we told her what we wanted. That sounded very odd to us, considering the fact that the establishment was essentially empty and the drive thru wasn't occupied either. Hence, we stuck around a little bit to listen if she communicated the same information regarding a 20 min wait to the next customer; however, she mentioned no such wait to the customer after us. Moreover, the person after us received her 2 drinks in less than 3 mins. We usually stray away from making assumptions or accusations, but we couldn't help but notice that this had something to do with race as we were a group of international individuals. Once again, we usually love the stellar service at Starbucks all over the nation, but this was an unfortunate occurrence.I have attached an image of the lady who was the cashier at the moment of our order.

Mobile and drive through orders should not be a higher priority than walk in customers. Waited far too long even during the busiest rush hour for one simple cappuccino.

At peak hours they seem to prioritize mobile and drive thru orders over customers who actually take the time to place an order at the counter. I waited more than a half hour just for a Grande Peppermint Mocha Latte. Avoid the Dickson City location if you can!
