I honestly do not know how this location always gets some part of my order wrong! Clearly this is not extra cold foam like the sticker says, this is an every time thing too. Another time my cold brew has even less foam then this one has..

I had the absolute worst experience trying to do a delivery for them! They were training an employee with 7 of them in store and felt he was the one to do my order! I ended up leaving without items I purchased and my delivery. All but 2 employees sat around and talked to each other! Not until I said for the 3rd time who I was waiting for did they start the order after already waiting for at least 10+ minutes Noone else in the store. It was horrible! It effected my job! Train your employees to do their jobs better and time management better so they don't cost anyone else a job!

I have been a Starbucks patron for over 10 years. This particular location needs to retrained and educated. I have noticed that people of color are OVER CHARGED. If you ask for coconut milk they will charge you for oat milk since it's more expensive. I have had to call Starbucks customer service for refunds EVERY time it happens. I have receipts and full documentation of this claim. Do not support this location. There is a Starbucks right across the lot and another less than 7 miles away. To all people of color, GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!!

Problems: 1. Baristas pay more attention to drive through. This is unacceptable, since drive through customers are too lazy to park and walk in. 2. This location restricted orders to mobile only after 11 a.m. 3. Baristas refused to allow me to use the bathroom because, as they stated, "mobile only".

The barista Joey was by far the slowest moving person I’ve ever seen at a Starbucks. There are 6 of us waiting for drinks and he just keeps talking to people. As I write this I’ve been waiting for one hot drink for 12 minutes.
