Went to buy fish for our aquarium. Now mind you, I've had fish since I was a child. The lady proceeded to tell my child he couldn't get two pleco's. She was very ignorant the entire time!

There are some associates at Petsmart who are awesome. Christina K. and Marco never disappoint, however, some of the new cashiers act like it's a chore to be working there and aren't remotely friendly, courteous, or helpful. The last two times I went in, I felt as if the cashier looked at checking out my purchases as a huge burden rather than a job they were paid to do.

while their hearts may be in the right place I feel the grooming at Petsmart is now being done by inexperienced teenagers. While my poodle had matting in his ears it was not necessary to shave the hair completely from both ears, it will take 2 years for it to grow back. both of his ears are irritated. I feel like a fool for having trusted them to do a good job.

Petsmart grooming Service was unsatisfactory. Groomers not listen to me. Dog had a terrible haircut. Totally dissatisfied. Also found a tick on her when I got home. Very disappointing. Do not use their services.

OK so I've been to Petsmart. Looking for help, no one was to be found. When I finally found some, they felt imposed upon. Secondly, after reading all of these posts, do your research before taking your beloved pet somewhere to be groomed because after reading all of them, it seems like all of this could've been avoided. But the dog who was killed, negligence all the way. I worked in an animal emergency room and surgical center and let me tell you. I never lost a dog or even a cat for that matter. And if you see these groomers getting rough with these pets, by all means, contacted the AG of Pennsylvania and report these SOBs! If these employees are going to take it that far, there are agencies which regulate businesses like this so make contact with them but above all else do research! Report them all! Write a well worded letter, find multiple emails to the right people and bcc them right on it. Get the word out. Actions speak louder than words. Take action and protect our pets and of others

Why is the line at petsmart always miles long. Always. Doesn't matter a day of the week or time of year. It's always wrapping around aisles.

One of the most disgusting pet stores I've ever been to. I've been here 2 times since moving back in order to get food for my lizards and have been disappointed every time. First time I let it slide without food, second time i called and they agreed they had the hornworms and crickets. Went in and the horn worms were dead and dried in there LIVE container, and had a sign saying sorry for inconvenience, no crickets. Whatever, not a big deal. Got meal worms instead. After feeding my lizards with those worms for about a week now, my fiancé and I both noticed they aren't acting right, and throwing up their worms not long after eating. Will absolutely not be back, and especially for live food if anything. Save your reptiles the hassle and get them food from a trusted source

It's been 86 degrees where I live and we were waiting almost an hour for someone to come and not only help us but get the animal we wanted, and we also asked 2 times for the lady, as she said that the lady would come and help us and she just kept going somewhere else. This place has horrible customer service, wouldn't recommend going unless you're getting animals.

ERIC GREEN YOU'RE A TRRIBLE STORE LEADER!!!! I was there on Sunday and I was looking for new treats and toys for my pup so I asked this guy who was standing there for help and right away he gave me attitude so I said that fine I walked away to go find those thing I needed my own. When I was in line for cashier the same guy who did not help me earlier was keep stair at me so once I paid for my order he comes to me and asked me if I had a problem and basically got face to face so I hold my ground and he then he told me to leave the store so I returned the things I purchased and I have bunch more to return including the crate that I bought for my dog. when I was leaving the store one of the store associate said sorry to me and that person said that Eric is like that to most people.

Most PetSmart products and grooming are fantastic. That being said, they should stick to those two things. They absolutely have no business selling anything living. The advice and care they give for reptiles and to new owners, in particular regarding snakes, is HORRENDOUS! I've also had a pretty crappy experience there buying fish. Bought an aquarium for my daughter, made by them, specifically for glofish. Got everything set up and went to buy the fish the following week and they told me the tank was not the appropriate size for the amount of fish I needed to buy (they are schooling fish). So they created and marketed a tank that was inappropriate for the type of fish they advertised it homing. Ridiculous!

three appointments 10th , 17th, 24th all canceled talked to the store manager laura apologized and it was there fault and was going to schedule a express appointment and it was going to be 50% off and then blew me off and said my dog was aggressive and wasnt a good fit for the salon. great company, thats main purpose is to provide pet owners with supplies and care for ther pets what a joke!!!!

Joe groomed my dog Norman yesterday. He did a marvelous job, and was done early. This was one of the best grooms he's had. Joe got every hair. I am have been happy with every groom he's had here but Joe knocked it out of the park. Thank you!

I am more than pleased with the loving care and attention that JoJo at Dickson City gives our Molly. After sharing Molly's story before her rescue, I must say that JoJo has never forgotten the extra care that Molly needs whenever we bring her to be groomed. Molly, who is very skittish whenever we take her somewhere, actually wags her tail and shares her excitement when she sees JoJo. No horror stories here...just very happy customers and pooch. JoJo rocks!

I stopped taking my dogs there around 2012. I was picking up some items and I wasn't happy with how I saw some dogs being handled by the groomer. The lady was unnecessarily rough with the small/medium sized dog on the table. Now I see on WNEP that a clients dog was attacked and killed another animal in the grooming department. It is an unfortunate situation and could have easily been avoided if the employees did their job and didn't allow the two dogs to contact each other. Absolutely terrible.
