However, other visits have highlighted issues such as disorganized shelves, difficulty finding assistance, and long checkout lines, especially during busy periods. It is noted that sometimes new registers are not opened, suggesting potential understaffing or inefficient employee utilization. While generally acceptable in cleanliness and item availability, the checkout experience can be the worst encountered. Regarding online orders for in-store pickup, one customer was informed their online order served as their receipt, raising concerns about future issues with the item.

In the past, I would have rated this 4.5. Recently, the selection has been disappointing across many departments. Furthermore, the store was disorganized and dirty. Not certain if this is a one time event or something more deep rooted in the corporate culture.
