I called in just after 4:30 to make sure they had pool shock. I said I was leaving and on my way. Got there at 4:54 and they wouldn’t let me in the door. Very frustrating considering I called and they said they will be open until 5. I wouldn’t have even kept them past 5 because that is all I needed. And they knew I was coming because I called. But they still had everything turned off and closed down at 4:54. Very poor customer service. Wasted time and gas money for nothing.

Great place that saves me a trip to Home Depot or other stores. Most prices are equal to Home Depot, and if slightly more..worth it to save the trip elsewhere. I always have to ask an employee where anything is, and luckily, they are all very helpful, very nice, and pleasant to talk to.

Super friendly staff and good service. Wasn't able to process a return without a manager present, I left the product with them, and it was done later that afternoon. Very impressed.

Was happy they had the product I was looking for. And the staff was friendly. Only odd thing was how narrow the grilling section was. They have grills packed next to that section and I had to go down isle sideways. Too small of a store for grills to be inside.

Stopped in to get items for a local job. Friendly staff and good product assortment. Got what we wanted. Most Ace stores are superior to Lowes & Home Depot.

Dillsburg's finest hardware store, Ace Fix-it Hardware! ?
The staff is always friendly and helpful. For a small building, they manage to stock a lot of different items.
Where would Dillsburg be without Ace Fix-it Hardware?

I'm going to this location multiple times 25% of the time, service is okay. 75% of the time, not so friendly. They don't care to help and it's like they don't care for your business. This Ace is not the place for me.
