“I was traveling for Christmas. I stopped to get gas and noticed that one of the shocks that had been installed a week earlier by another shop (not Mavis) two states away was hanging down. Mavis was directly next door to the gas station, so I drove over there and waited for them to open on a Saturday morning two days before Christmas. They couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful. They promptly got me in, inspected everything, and bolted the shock back in placeThen, much to my surprise and astonishment, they sent me on my way to continue my trip free of charge with a Merry Christmas 30 minutes after they rolled the vehicle in.
