Truck greatly exceeded my expectations and really had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day. they were able to beat my pre approved rate and get the deal done.My only small complaint was i felt the finance department was pushing the aftermarket warranty to much. I had stated i did not want it multiple times due to cost and the overall reliability of these trucks yet it took a few times to finally move on. “This post might be a bit long, but it's hard for me to really write a justifiable review for this place in just a few words. Today (02.27.24) I went to the Mechanicsburg location today for my second time ever.My first visit in September of 2023 I had all 4 tires for my 2018 Honda CRV replaced. Every other place I got a quote from wanted $750-$800+ dollars. NTB quoted me $530 for all 4 tires and installation included (they also offer free tire rotations for the life of the tires). I couldn't have been happier with the service they provided me then.Today, I went in for an oil change (and my free tire rotation) and asked them to check my brakes and anything else that might need to be done. The associate Darrell was very honest and upfront about EVERYTHING. I was almost sure that I would need new brakes for all 4 wheels (since my vehicle has 57K miles on it) as well as some other things. He told me my brakes were fine but that my brake fluid needed to be flushed / replaced, so I had that service done in addition to my oil change. The total charges for everything were way less than any other place that I was quoted for these services.I also asked him about changing out the front / rear differential fluids and was quoted an extremely fair price on that as well. NTB has deservedly earned themselves a customer for life and I will bring my car to them for any service that I ever need. 5 stars all around.”

“This place is amazing. In a world where people only care about themselves..this business owner is far from that kind of human. We went based strictly off of his pervious google reviews before bringing our Renegade here because we couldn't find prices on line and it was the week of Easter. He had us drop our car the next day. Our front brakes/rotors were toast and needed done 3 weeks prior to when we actually were able to get them done, our oil also the same..and we told him to change the back brakes if HE thought they needed done..oh and our lugs were stripped. We called twice being normal pains in the butts with extra questions told him to not do the oil change to to save us some money.He called to let us know the car was done. The brakes and rotors were fixed..the back brakes didn't need done yet, got new lugs, and he did our oil change anyways because .."it needed done". I mean it really did need done..it was so awful. But literally every penny means something to us at this moment. So the amount of kindness from this shop is something we can't say thank you enough for. The work is quality, the work is honest..the people are honest and the pride in the work shows. You literally can not find that around anymore. Any part of the car business is about taking advantage. Not here. The previous reviews for this shop are 100 accurate. My review is 100 accurate. This is the only shop that will be touching our Jeep or any other car we own. Thank you again!”

“Rick does a wonderful job. My car had inches of water in the bottom which came in through the trunk. Another detailer actually recommended Rick saying that Rick specialized in "water destruction." It took a long time to determine where the water was coming in and to get it fixed. I was also never big on taking care of my car before the water damage. My car was beyond disgusting. Rick promised me a new car and he was true to his promise. He got all of the mold, filth stains and smell out of the car and carpet. The outside and under the wheels look great. It was well worth the money even if not for the water damage and I think I am going to get him to clean my car on an annual basis. I love my new car and can't thank him enough. “My hood release cable came loose under the hood, and I didn't have the time to remove the bumper and everything to get to it, so I dropped my car off with Dave on my fiancée's recommendation. Not only did he drill out the plastic covering the bolts to the hood release and remove it (looks like new unless you know where to look), he also made sure that it wouldn't close again accidentally. Since I had explained I would like to do the rest of the repairs myself, he told me all of what he had done and how I could proceed, which was great! When I got home, I just used a ziptie to hold the cable in the right place (replacing a rubber/plastic piece that got old), and it has been working wonderfully. He also told me where I had an exhaust leak, and that he didn't know which cylinder was occasionally misfiring because there wasn't anything recorded in the OBD. He was honest, straightforward, and well-priced.”
