Omg, thanks to Xavier the saver. Just purchased a New vehicle from Bob Ruth Ford, the best experience I ever had when buying a vehicle, and I'm 60, Xavier is the best, and the team is all you want when buying a vehicle, ppl it was to good to be true, they got me the best financing ever, my score is fair, at the beginning of fair. Seen the vehicle , was in it the next day, was driven around on golf cart by Xavier, introduced me to everyone on their staff, Everyone.Was given anything I wanted to eat or drink, yes that part, never experienced anything like these guys.I can't wait to tell all my friends and, family. Get your butts down there , hurry. Xavier your the best, Friend 4 life. Anything you need, just ask, your truly a blessing, staff you guys are above and beyond the call of service. Very good customer experience. We live about 2 1/2 away from the dealership.Amy was spot on with all the info needed. We got a very fair price for our car. She set up a suitable time for us. The two representative that came for the car were very friendly and courteous. It took 20 minutes from the time they came to get the vehicle. They checked out the car, confirmed VIN... checked for any engine codes. We signed the title and we received the check. Absolutely flawless transaction. If your looking to sell and good vehicle, definitely give Amy a call.

I wanted to get an idea of what potential monthly payments would look like if I were to trade in my car, and of course their website asks for an email address and phone number when you try to personalize the payment calculator. That wasn't much of a surprise, I'm used to that, and expected one or two emails and a phone call for showing interest in their inventory, as that seems to be the case with most dealerships. What ended up happening, though, is that I have been called non-stop 2-3 times a day and emailed 2-3 times every other day, which is beyond ridiculous. So, if you don't want to be harassed, I suggest avoid using their website, especially their payment calculator. The last voicemail I received before finally enforcing that they no longer contact me, the sales rep suggested calling 911 to ensure I hadn't "dropped off the earth" for not answering their call. I found this to be completely off putting, and will no longer consider doing business with Bob Ruth Ford because of it.

Bob Ruth Ford provided me a very streamlined and modern experience for buying my car as a first time buyer. My sales representative Xavier was extremely helpful in my search for a new car. He also was very easy to talk to, and very understanding of the information I gave him when searching for a new car. While I was very nervous about buying my first car, I left the dealership today and haven’t stopped smiling all thanks to Xavier. Highly recommend Bob Ruth Ford!
