I have never had a worse experience than with Citizens Bank. I work in finance and see horror stories- Citizens takes the cake. This specific branch has been rude- I’ve been hung up on while speaking to a local agent. The 800 number is somehow worse. Customer service agents give different conflicting info constantly, and the wait times are ridiculous. I wanted out and it’s taken me MONTHS to transfer my funds out…of a checking and savings account?! You’d think I’m taking money out of an annuity. I’ve been hung up on, talked down to, and given misinformation so many times by either people in this local branch or on the 800 number. Not to mention, their mobile app rarely works and is buggy. This is your money we’re talking about- please learn from me and be careful. Do NOT use Citizens. I’m looking forward to having my accounts closed after several months of actively trying. Good riddance.

Always polite but one of the tellers talks too much. Her customer time is usually 10 to 15 minutes a customer because she won't shut up.

they are always nice to me when i go in there. its been like that for many years. there are some tellers who i like more than others. but overall their manners are exceptional.

Love these guys, been with them for about two years now. SOMETIMES they push their loan products too much, which I am not interested in, but they are super friendly and always remember my name. They have also helped me sort out a couple of banking problems that came up for me. Great job!

I was on the phone with an employee and he instructed me to use the 800 number, the 800 number is absolutely impossible to navigate. NO customer service what so ever, This is the worst ever experence for banking that I have eve encountered. They want another fee ! This is terrible, I'm getting out as soon as possible.

Turned away my 8yr old daughter, when she intended to cash a $6 prize check, written by one of their account holders, from the local Farmers Fair pumpkin decorating contest. They wanted $10 fee since she wasn't an account holder. A $10 fee to cash a $6 check...I get that you have a policy. But, you still have humans working there, right?
