I got home from shopping there. Realized I paid for an item I didn't get in my bag and sent my daughter with my receipt to retrieve i
tem and the store manager made her buy the a second time. Its only a few dollars but its the principal! Poor business!

Instead of opening the doors 3min before 8am to let me and 3 other customers shop, ALL the employees stood right in front of the front door to SMOKE until EXACTLY 8am😩😂😬 it was actually 8:02 When they finished smoking directly in front that they opened the doors.

Supposed to be a drop off for fed ex. Was told they can only take items that fit "on this shelf". They're seemingly unable to move anything on said shelf to make room for my box.

Routinely out of common items. Always stacks of products in boxes sitting in the aisles.Open and close as they wish without posting anywhere but the door so you just find out as you arrive.As far as customer service; without fail they’re more worried about complaining/ gossiping in the office about other team members than ringing you out for items you can find.

How this one gets 3.9 stars I don't know. Over the years it has gotten steadily worse. I avoid this one as much as possible. Not uncommon for it to just close/open whenever. DG is a plague.

Disastrously bad. Poorly managed. Last three times I went, they were closed for the day, "to deal with inventory". When they can bother to open, it's a disorganized mess. Avoid like the plague. Dollar tree if you can't even open up to serve customers, move out and let somebody else who will take the location..

5 pm, employees sitting inside with the door locked staring at people in the rain trying to get in. They advertise open until 10, but they are obviously not. No signs stating they are closed. The employee just sits in the store with the doors locked watching people try to get in. If you are going to close early, at least have the courtesy to put a sign up. Or at least go to the door and communicate instead of just standing there staring at people trying to get into the store while it rains.

The store is always closed early because of lack of staff and the store is always a mess almost like a garage sale.

On the 16th of July 2022 at 1:38 pm, I had the pleasure of meeting what can only be described as the worst clerk who seemed to be channeling Satan from Hades. I brought in a pre-packaged FedEx box to ship back as the item arrived damaged. the clerk scans it and asked if I wanted to include my phone number. I declined as I was not the one to generate the label. The clerk scans the box and in a huff throws it onto a shelf. I asked for a receipt and she said that's why I asked for your fricking phone number you don't get a receipt we are just a drop-off. I find it highly unlikely there was no way to give me proof I dropped it off but I was not going to argue with the nasty woman. The store was filthy and a complete mess. I think you could greatly improve this store by just firing this one employee.
