“Kristen from the dairy department went above and beyond helping me today. I was struggling to find a coconut milk based yogurt due to my sensitivity to milk. I recently bought my usual coconut milk based yogurt and discovered it was spoiled. I didn't want to exchange for the same product because I was worried about the same outcome. She not only allowed me to test the same product but after discovering the ones available were also spoiled, she personally showed me over to an organic cashew and coconut milk based yogurt and allowed me to ensure that this product wasn't spoiled. As someone whose been in customer service for 20 years, I highly appreciate the care and time Kristen took to ensure that I left a satisfied customer. Kristen is an absolute gem and she should be recognized for going above and beyond!”

“Good location at a very busy intersection in Camp Hill. At peak times, it can be packed and tricky to navigate into or out. Prices sometimes higher than other area stations because of available discounts on gas purchases from Giant Market. Free air for your tires, which is nice. Good selection of other non-gas items at the booth where the attendant sits. I wish they had a reader at the pump that could scan my iPhone screen. Have to go to the booth if no card present and no phone number associated with account. I prefer speedway or Weis gas because their prices are typically a little lower or the same with Giant Bonus Card applied discount. All in all, not a bad station and conveniently located.”

The store itself is clean with plenty of associates to assist when needed. I go weekly for my salad ingredients and fruit. Great pricing on avocados, which are expensive in grocery stores. I often find surprise items from protein shakes to clothing. I appreciate the ready-made items as well. Had to host a last minute get together and used all Sam's Club items. It's less expensive than catering from a restaurant. I purchased my membership through a Groupon promotion. So I got a great deal.”

“There is always a wide selection of items at Rite Aid. I always find deals in the clearance section. Jeff, the pharmacist, is great! If I could give him a separate rating, it would be a ten. He's the most compassionate pharmacist that I have ever met. He is considerate, he listens, and he's customer focused and cares about everyone, and he's highly knowledgeable.The four out of five stars comes not from the service. It is because sometimes the store is short staffed, and sometimes the shelves are thinned out. The employees are always helpful and willing to assist. The management seems nice as well.There's a public restroom, handicap parking, a handicap accessible entrance, and a seated waiting area next to the pharmacy.You can get al sorts of vaccines there as well, but I would recommend signing up online a day ahead of time so it's easier for them to plan ahead.”
