I want to thank Jen with my whole heart. The igniter in our pellet stove went out and it was 7:47 when I called to ask if they had igniter gel. It was 8:05 when we got there. She kept a register open for us! THANK YOU JEN!! YOUR A LITERAL LIFE SAFER!! it was 29 degrees out so our pipes would have froze if not for her!

Went to store and the checkout line was back the isle. One cashier on, maybe 10 people in line. Sales person was on phone and after completing call didn't lend assistance to cashier. I heard someone say they could take people on the other register only to find out it was the SAME cashier running 2 registers. Not enough help! She needs to get a raise for doing the work of 2 people!

Love this place. I go here fairly frequently yo purchase a tool or recycle motor oil. I have also purchased two grills from here and dog food. I find the employees almost always friendly and have never had to wait long in line. They usually have what I need and I will keep going here!

My biggest complaint is I want to see how three coats look like and you don't have a mirror to see how thet fit.
I asked the one woman there and she told me that they ordered one, it never came.
Not the way to handle this problem.
You buy a door mirror and hang it now.
Your manager gets on the phone and
calls the company you deal with and gets it sent overnight. You are losing business.

The staff made me feel like I was a bother to them when I asked them to price match. They were obviously in a hurry even though I was the only customer at the registers. I could do without the rudeness, deep sighs, and eye rolls. I saved $30 thanks to that price match. In case you haven't noticed, the Dillsburg location has inflated prices when compared to other stores or even other TSC locations.

The Associates at work there were incredibly intelligent and courteous to everyone from people bringing in pets to the adults that did not have an idea what they really were looking for. The store is very organized and clean

Very helpful and friendly people here! The person that was helping me find what I was looking for went straight to it loaded 3 heavy food bags for me and offered to bring it to my car and load. Fair prices and a clean, organized store. I will be going back!
