    Although we have owned our house in Birchwood Lakes for nearly 40 years, I just recently had to do some business with the association office. It was an absolute pleasure working with people who were very very helpful to me. They were able to complete the task. I asked them to do and so much more.     I think these pictures are very pretty and I have been to the pool in a couple of the photos.

    Dues too much money .only bonus pool opens when they want to.so we pay 1200 a year to go to pool 3x
