Showed up at 5:30pm and they close at 6:00pm. They closed early so I drove here 20 minutes away for no reason.

My grill broke on Thursday right before a friend's weekend. I went to True Value Friday morning. By noon on Friday, True Value assembled and delivered a new grill in time for my friends weekend. They even disposed of my old grill for me. What a lifesaver! Thanks True Value.

I will never do business with this entity again. The customer service was terrible. One of their suppliers products was defective and they charged me again, for the second product. Would not refund my money from first purchase.

I have been in several times and the staff is always EXTREMELY friendly and helpful.I was in today and it was no exception. I cannot remember the gentleman's name who helped me but he was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and I could not have been more pleased with the experience. Kudos and I will be back
