Had a package that was pre-signed for that could fit in my communities parcel locker. Had a notice left. Says it's out for delivery again on the 9th. I call the post office today, someone picks up and says "thank you for calling, how can we help you?" Before a word can even pass my lips they hang up on me. Call again, get a fax signal. Call again, "sorry we're not available now, please try again later." Try again, fax signal. What is happening over there? I just want my mail.

As of this date I'm now required to change my mailing address for parcels to the physical address of this specific post office to get my mail or it gets sent back. Is this still planet earth? What bottom feeder employed by the USPS received a special act award for this ludicrous idea? Shame on this agency. What is really hysterical about this is I pay a lot of money to be inconvenienced to have a P.O. Box. Typical government employees at this post office as well. Understaffed and every employee here is severely red lining on job burnout... Good luck if this is your post office. Enjoy the games and nonsense.

This post office is awful. Now we have to change our address to the post office to get our mail or it gets sent back? Never heard of this. And they also don't let everyone know u til your packages gets sent back. This is ridiculous.

Tried calling the 800 number and all that I got was the usual automated runaround (I'm guessing that it was because I was connected through Bluetooth) but anyways, I was not able to get a live representative on that line nor the 570 number either...

So much better than Milford. This one women (reddish hair) always goes out of her way to assist. I witnessed her get asked for a box and she came out with one box for the customer and a few more for the shelf, that's excellent customer service ?

I thought I would be able to drop off a package but I had to go back in there a 2nd time. The 1st time there was a long line and the attendant didn't even ask for help, so I left because the attendant decided to go in the back and look for a missing package. I went in the 2nd time and I was beyond annoyed I waited 15 minutes until someone came to the front . I went to mail my package and I asked to confirm everything first , the attendant didn't even allow me to do that they just clicked okay on everything. I also asked for a printed and email and they automatically just printed it out. I will never return to this location ever again. I had the worst experience ever.
