It sucks because the pharmacist was great! THANK YOU FOR BEING PROFESSIONAL. I did not catch his name. I would like to rate 5 but the girl helping him today was rude & should not be working in customer service. I called before I went to see if I script would be ready for today and to check my other script because I never got the call if the script was ready. My one script was ready but as for the other the other script she kept repeating to me was it's just the pharmacist & her & couldn't grantee the script would be ready. So I went to explain I'm pregnant & Anemic that's all I was able to say before she cut me off and told me she was going to lunch when she gets back it will be done. If she would have heard me out I was going to ask if it could be done by tomorrow and I would check with my OB to make sure it would be okay to be without the one medicine for one more day. So once I arrived there were 2 people ahead of me, the rude girl helped the gentleman & went to start to help the lady in front of me than left the lady at the register. The pharmacist had to come check out the lady than myself. She managed to peek around the corner when I was standing there. You THINK she would have apologized for being rude and speaking to a customer like that but she said nothing. If you don't like your job go else where you are nobody to speak to people like that. You never know someone's situation so take the time to hear them out. I love this Weis but I'm debating finding another pharmacy. No one should ever have to be spoken to like that. The fact you could speak to me on the phone like that but walked away in person shows me the person you are! Mind you I've always used this pharmacy never complained about I taking 3 days for a script but I actually needed this one and first time I called I was treated like garbage. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Some people as Ms. Tara should stay at home and retire... She is very grumpy, a little bit deaf and any simple request takes personally. It's impossible to get from her explanation how to use medication, she just forced us to decline explanation.. You must do better and hire decent people, who needs and care about their job... Very disappointed

I usually don’t give bad reviews, but considering that I am a pharmacy technician myself I can safely say avoid this pharmacy. I only come here when I absolutely need to. Prescriptions are never ready. I called at 5:30 to see if my scripts are ready, the pharmacist said 10 minutes. I got there after work at 7:40 and only one was done. Another time, I came here after going to urgent care. It was a 50 minute drive here and one prescription wasn’t done! I’m sorry but this is NOT how you run a pharmacy!!

Public Service Announcement: Avoid doing business with this pharmacy when possible. The pharmacists are spiteful and take unfair advantage of patients. Prices quoted are multiples of those generally available. Clearly, nepotism is alive and well at Weis. The rank incompetence, nastiness, and questionable practices have resulted in loss of revenue and customers and deservedly so.

Slowest pharmacy ever. Mix-ups, meds not ready, no one answers the phone... I'm supposed to receive a text message when my scripts are done, I never do. And someone gave me attitude on the phone. I'm literally one of the nicest people on earth, there was no reason for that!

I love wise I just hate how expensive they are and their pharmacy is so slow I'm always waiting days just to get a simple refill on my blood pressure medicine which I cannot wait for I need to take it everyday and they never care when I tell them this.

It was my 1st visit to this pharmacy and I must say an excellent experience. I had just visited Dingmans Medical and they called in a few RXs for me. I drove from their parking lot to Butterfly's and waited maybe 15 mins before entering.i entered was greeted very nicely, gave my name and asked to please give them a few more minutes as they were filling the RX for me at that moment. Once I rec'd the RXs I was given some precautions and I also asked about other meds for my dogs. I was assured that they would look into it and get back to me for pricing. It was a really nice transaction and I will be using them again.

This place sucks! They never fillPrescriptions when sent in until you actually go there and then are on lunch half the day. They never answer the phone and then leave you on hold til you hang up. Horrible

We have been using a while but may be changing. Always an issue. Today one med they supposedly ordered Thurs didnt come in and need to reorder, again. Told Thursday they reorderd. I have mt insurance 17 years now and they didnt want to fill prescription saying it went under a different primay insurance. Done with the hassles every time.
