In a world of big business... You're better off small n local! I've been with this pharmacy about 6 years now and wouldn't dream of leaving even though I moved from Donora 3 yrs ago!

I have been dealing with Donora Union Pharmacy since 2000. The staff is kind and friendly. They deliver to Perryopolis where I live which makes it easier to get my prescriptions and the drivers are all very nice and friendly. I recommend Donora Union Pharmacy very highly, you couldn't ask for a better Pharmacy.

They have very good Italian hoagies. And delicious chicken salad sandwiches. I really like their food. And they deliver to my high rise. Being disabled it’s hard to get out so it’s nice to have them there to bring me food.
