“I have lived near and used this post office regularly for over 10 years. It was always an unpleasant and frustrating experience. Today I enjoyed my visit to post a bulk mailing for our community. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Something has changed! We even laughed together! Keep this new community service spirit going. “I called about a parcel that wasn't delivered and the tracking information just dead-ended showing that it left PGH but then nothing, it never arrived in Monongahela.... I called Monongahela post office to inquire about the parcel and a man (I think his name was Dan) answered. He didn't treat me like I was annoying him or wasting his time. He looked into the parcel for me and actually called me back with an update and told me he would continue to try to help locate the missing parcel. Super friendly and super helpful which is commendable when post-offices are often short-staffed and super busy. Stellar service.”
