I was in CVS to pick up medication today. While there I thought, let me see if I have anything that needs to be filled so I don’t have to make the drive again. The girl at prescription pickup announced to her coworkers that someone needs help at the other window. Her coworker replied loudly “Why? We close in 5 mins”
I was shocked at her response and her ability to announce that as if it’s ok. Lots can be done in 5 mins. Especially answering a simple question.
After over 10 years of using CVS it may be time for me to move my business to somewhere that understands that closing in 5 mins means you are not closed yet and a customer needs your help.

Once again this location was rude and unhelpful. I have nothing good to say about this store. The pharmacy in particular. I do not recommend anyone use this place they are ignorant and understaffed and don’t have meds ready when they should be even after texting saying they are ready . And when asked about it they beat around the bush. Worst pharmacy i have ever used. They weren’t always like this. Who ever is running the pharmacy needs re trained and all the people who work in it.

Just switched from Rite-AID on Banksville Rd to this CVS on West Liberty. Thus far we are very pleased with this location. A little tight to get into, but once inside, you can get all you need done and be on your way quickly.

There is almost never employees at the registers. When they're nearby, they're never working.

The staff are helpful and kind. The store is generally well stocked. Convenient location with free parking.

This CVS slaps!!! The employees put my father and I in such a perfect mood!! I 100% reccomend!!! Will be coming back weekly! They just gained a new regular!

The pharmacy is a mess, understaffed and never has prescriptions on time. Continuously saying they are behind. Not the techs fault but a CVS issue. Walgreens is much better and professional in general. Will be switching.

Recommend calling ahead before picking up because if u come here despite receiving a text that the medication is ready, they still are not ready when you go to pick up and ask you to wait an inordinate amount of time. I just hate this non-truthful communication. If it's not ready, say it. Don't say it is ready and then it is clearly not even filled yet

I went to pick up a prescription they did not have it so when I asked The pharmacist told me he was too busy to find another pharmacy. He was rude and inconsiderate. I wouldn't use this pharmacy as long as he works there.

I only go to CVS for prescriptions and have been doing so for nearly a decade now. They are always friendly and I’ve not had a substantial problems. I do hate their phone system with all the prompts. It’s as long as they’re receipts, but in their defense, I hate all automated calls. Wants I get through all the prompts I’m able to speak with a pharmacist or tech almost immediately. I’ve only used the store a handful of times and I don’t recall having any problems. They do close for lunch instead of staggering everyone’s lunch, but I prefer that to them being understaffed for the duration of lunch hours. They are only closed like 30 mins I think. It’s also the only pharmacy I’ve ever been to where I can tell the pharmacist are actual “doctors”. I also appreciate that they are always friendly at check out even though it’s unbelievably busy in the background.
