All of the employees are friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable, making renting a storage space easy. The property and units are clean and well kept. While prices are noted as a bit high by some, others find them reasonable for the value. The staff provides incredible service and kindness, patiently and professionally answering questions and thoroughly explaining details. This outstanding customer satisfaction makes customers feel they have made the right choice.

Codes were all correct and Gate functioned easily. Space was very clean and climate controlled as promised.

I had a major infestation in one of my units, lost items. 2nd unit no reportable issues. I'm just renting another close to the one with no reportable issues. Considering placing critter repellents. Minimal lighting is an issue. Please consider increasing.
I now have multiple units, easily acquired.
