Horrible customer service. I cannot give a lower review.CVS pharmacy is one of the poorest run businesses I have ever encountered. I see it crush its employees—who always look like they’ve been ravaged by war—but it is absolutely absurd what they put their customers through.Look elsewhere for your pharmacy. Don’t go here.

Please do not shop at this pharmacy. They never answer the phone. I've been in the store waiting to ask a question regarding my medication and I see everyone ignoring the ringing of the phone (like they did with me). It would be one thing if it happened once or twice but that's, not my experience. I chose to switch my medications to another pharmacy going forward but they would not answer the phone or return the phone call from the new pharmacy either.

Constantly looks like a third world country inside the store. Pharm techs are slow could be waiting a long time for an RX. The actual pharmacist is good though, thus preventing a 1 star

To the miserable old lady at the drive through window.... Get another job that does not require interaction with humans. You walk away in the middle of conversations and look like a deer in headlights when your asked any questions. Think we will be switching to the pharmacy across the street till you're inevitably fired for incompetency.

They sometimes give me a hard time about getting my discounted price using my GoldRx membership, which is active and I pay $9.99 Monthly. So when I'm denied and forced to pay full price I know it's done intentionally.

Done with this pharmacy. Done. Got in line to pick up a prescription. Made sure NOT to go between their lunch break hours. And after waiting in line, was told they won't do drive through prescriptions unless you wait in lane 1. Lane 1 is the Covid test lane which is continuously packed with cars and takes FOREVER. Go inside and the line is 7 people deep. Four people working back there, not sure what they are possibly doing. Way to go CVS, you no longer care about normal prescriptions and simple processes, just Covid testing.

I do not live in this area and I never have in the past but, if you are a patient with their pharmacy BEWARE! They have constantly called me with PRIVATE PATIENT INFORMATION IN REGARDS TO THEIR PRESCRIPTIONS! this is a major violation in their patients rights to HIPPA. I have called back to complain and explain how very serious this is, they hung up on me. When I called back again to speak the pharmacist that hung up on me, they refused to let me talk to him. So, they will protect their pharmacist but not their patients right to privacy?! BLAKE, they keep calling me about your prescriptions and I hope you can see this and protect your privacy! This is not the first time and I doubt it will be the last (even tho they have claimed my number was removed from that patients profile, but weirdly enough, they "removed it" the first two times I have complained.) It's come to the point that I have had to report this particular pharmacy to their corporate office. If you aren't getting any calls on the update if your prescription, they are pro my calling someone else and telling them all about what you have waiting to be picked up.

EVERYONE ON STAFF AT THE PHARMACY HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE, AND ATTENTIVE. THERE WAS A TYPO WITH MY INSURANCE THAT MADE IT DIFFICULT TO FILL A PRESCRIPTION FOR MY 4YR OLD DAUGHTER FOLLOWING A SURGERY, AND THE STAFF THERE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS TO BE ABLE TO PROVIDE US WITH WHAT WAS NEEDED FOR MY DAUGHTERS CARE...THANK YOU AGAIN
