Terrible pharmacy tech, called my wife names and acted ignorant i will never use them ever again

They send messages to my mother who is a very sick elderly woman who needs her medicine they say it's there she calls me to drive an hour and a half away to get her medicine for her and when we get there they never have the prescriptions she got sick and fell and hurt herself this time because they did not give her diabetes medicine once again this is not a joking matter this is very serious they're going to hurt more people if not kill them if they already had it

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Please fix your money order machine and lower the temperature inside considerably; it always feels like 80 degrees in this store.

I visited this location recently, looking for a cell phone charger. The manager helped me track down the correct item, and even opened the package to ensure it fit correctly. Much appreciated!

Really rude and unprofessional Pharmacist and Tech. The price of my prescription came up wrong, and instead of trying to figure out why or help solve the issue, they were very dismissive and cold. They tried to charge me over $60 for a $10 prescription. In the end, they still over charged me $10. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Pharmacy has horrible manners. Young man with black curly hair always has an attitude. Throws your medication across the counter- "fifty bucks". For what, a punch to your mouth?
It's almost like they are competing for worst pharmacy across with CVS across the street.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. constantly gets prescriptions wrong, takes 3 weeks to actually get a script filled. Pharmacist is horribly rude and the other techs are just as awful. Awful awful awful.

Horrible horrible pharmacy. They have prevented me from having my treatment for three weeks now by giving me false information about why my medication was being held every time I called to follow up about it. The pharmacist was rude every time I called to ask more information about why my medication was being held and responded as if I was a burden to her. I could have had my treatment weeks ago if the pharmacy was honest with me about what was going on or took the time to actually look into it. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone and I will be transferring all prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

Picked up scripts, saw one was missing. Asked about it was told another 10 minutes, hadto go around twice. Nowp 20 minutes.

You guys need to check your freezer. Its packed with ice to the point that products are frozen inside and we bought ice cream without realizing it was made back in 2021 and has been expired for a year now

We recently switched from Walmart Pharmacy to Rite Aid and the folks at Rite Aid are always friendly, helpful, and aim to go above and beyond to provide good service! So happy we switched.
