Priscilla saved my life today. I must have not noticed when my address got entered wrong when I shipped 400$ worth of old junk back home to Pennsylvania, my local ups store was very unhelpful and hot potatoed me back to the Douglasville ga store, and Priscilla helped me avoid having my stuff go back to Georgia and having to pay all over again. Miracle worker, could’ve easily hot potatoed me like everyone else did

Zero empathy or accountability. The make errors and refuse to make it right.
Update 7/14/25
Yes, after much consternation, the ownership did make things right and get the packages to the correct addresses. But only to impact or influence social media reviews and negative impact on them from UPS Store franchisor.
Although the situation was resolved, i stand by my original review of zero empathy and accountability specifically with 1 desk clerk.

Workers unwilling to assist customers with returns. Customer was having difficulty working self service & workers scoffed when the lines got backed up and they actually had to help customers. They were very short with customers and inpatient.

We've had a few items printed at this location and every time we've worked with Alysa who is awesome. We had a ton of questions the first time and Alysa was very helpful. All of our prints had a fast turn around and are exactly as expected.

Every single employee I’ve encountered here is SUPER friendly and helpful. I’ve been here quite a few times and never had an issue. They always help me through the process when I’m lost while being patient and friendly. I highly recommend coming here and hope the employees know how amazing they are.i wish I got the name of the guy who helped me today, he had glasses and was awesome.

Make sure you get a receipt for Amazon returns!! Amazon is now charging me for 2 returns and I can't prove I dropped them off.:(
