united states postal service is reliable! i recently went to the post office near me, and the staff was friendly and helpful. my package got to me on time, and the service was quick. i would recommend them for any mailing needs!

This office consistently has some of the best people working there. My wife and I have been using this office for 18 years and have nothing but positive things to say. I have sent several legal documents from this post office. The Staff are unhelpful and despite sending things certified, signature required, return receipt - documents keep going missing. The most recent I reached out to USPS main office for support - they located the document in Puerto Rico...It was supposed to go across town. I've had numerous problems with my PO box as well the local staff say one thing, then I get emails from USPS saying that local staff are wrong. Whenever possible, I'm taking my business to the UPS store.

I am an Etsy shipper and drop things off there quite frequently. Of the 1700 + orders I dropped off there in 2022, zero got lost or damaged. Last year was the same....perfect record. I love how you can easily dump all your prepaid packages in the window and not have to wait in lines.

Has a contractor that goes by LJT Industries LLC working for them. He’s a scam artist. Doesn’t pay his employees, breaks citizens packages by throwing them, and the only way to report this misconduct is by filing claims with the attorney general and pa Department of labor industries

Service is lackingThey don't answer the phone.My mail is consistently returned to sender and I routinely receive mail that doesn't belong to me.Post master hasn't been able to resolve my concernsNot sure what to do but I think that this office needs a lot of help with organization, delivery and follow through.

yes ive had a package missing since jan, talked to someone three times, each time being a male said they were investigating it, i called again fri april 16th and a female answered i guess the HEAD postmaster and more or less told me it was investigated but seeing how it was delivered to my mailbox supposably its not there problem now i have to get ahold of the merchant mind you 3 months later they tell me this, now sat april 17th there is a package in my maolbox i open it it doesnt look like anything i ordered so i look at the package and amazing enough its not mine so now tell me i guess its this poor ladies problem because it was delivered to a mailbox

I have been going here for a while and I love the staff, they always fasten the line when becomes long and I never had an issue. I’m moving out of the neighborhood and I’ll miss this post office. Luckily the reviews from the post office where I’m moving to it’s 5 stars so I’m hopeful. Otherwise I’m going to still be coming to this post office.
