If you have achild interested in basketball. Dover has the best coach! This coach cares about the kids and teaching them the game and what being on a team is all about. I highly recommend YMCA kids basketball program!

Great place to exercise! I enjoy the classes I attend M-F mornings.

Gym was recently redone and is done well. Music needs to be hooked up again, and Ac needs adjusted a little lower. Great front end redesigned and employees always helpful.
