Lady at Palomino Dr was very rude and unprofessional. She had no idea how to remedy a situation. As the phone conversation went on she just made it worse. Then she hung up on me.

The guy in the office (I forget his name).. was very straight forward with everything! Worked beside me through all of the paper work! And even explained about the promotional I was able to get that they were running every step of the way! Very clean units, very roomy! Everything in the office is very straight forward and down to earth! Definitely recommend !
