Original ETA was 90-120 mins. No show. Then State Farm said it would just be another half hour. No show again. Not able to reach via phone (goes straight to voicemail), and when I spoke with the person originally, he said he would be there within 90 minutes. He did not, however, seem to want to talk on phone, and was kind of short. I think he told State Farm that it was because of the weather, but the snow was not even that bad, and it is the middle of the day now. And my car is still sitting. UPDATE: the Jeep was finally delivered to Firestone, but I was unaware. More communication would have been better.

Awful. Damaged my driveway. Guy was super rude, confrontational, and aggressive. (I see a review with his pic in it saying he was confrontational to them as well.) I had to yell at him several times he had to leave and not touch my car and I was calling Ford Assistance back for someone else. He wanted to try to pull my Mach-E onto the bed with the ramp being 6in off the ground AFTER scraping my driveway. I had to demand for him to leave as he ignored me and made his way to my vehicle. I told him not to touch it several times. If I didn't hop out of the way he would've smashed into me.
He finally left.
Call someone else. Call anyone else.

Work at repair facility, towed vehicle in with no information and driver could not and would not even try. Advised they are probably at wrong location. Was on the phone with the towing office behind the truck and the driver proceeded to move the flat bed right into me. Driver was confrontational the whole time. Office did not seem to care when I told them what happened. Will be filing complaint with better business bureau.

I manage a service center, they towed my customer's vehicle to an unknown location. They can't tell me where they dropped it, and were extremely rude to me about it. Now it's up to me to locate the vehicle, wherever that may be. Insurance companies should vet towing companies before contracting him.

After a terrible experience with AAA subcontractor.Gary towing showed up Sunday ready to go. They looked at vehicle off road and gave a price far less than the towing service from evening before. They accepted payment by credit card. Hooked truck to wench and out came vehicle almost 85 feet. Processed payment, thanked me and down the road. Will use again Mayne dropping AAA after such a negative experience with them and Gary's was so Positive

Truck broke down on the highway. They picked it and me up and took it to the destination. Driver was very nice. Thank you so much.

Do NOT use this tow company. They rip my front bumper and totally lied to the insurance company. The office manager Sandy said they never heard from me at all until they heard from the insurance company. I am floored at how they lied like. And the driver had no idea how to even hook up my truck. I didn't even want to give them any stars

Called to have my 1997 GMC Sierra pickup towed. They said they didn't have equipment to tow it. Long bed extended cab 4x4. That means their pictures are false.
