I have been using Giant Pharmacy for years and have been happy. The last few times dealing with the employees of the pharmacy I have been extremely disappointed in how rude they are. Their customer service is horrible. The person that answers the phone needs training or needs to find a new job if they are that unhappy.

Giant is not customer friendly. First, you needed a card to get specials. Then you had to check yourself out, or wait in a long line. Now, in order to get better coupons, you must have digital access, either the app, or print coupons at home. This is one step too far. A lot of seniors, including myself, don’t want to deal with it and will shop elsewhere.

Great place to work for. Managers are awesome. Company who actually cares about their employees and our needs. Our produce can't be beat and associates are friendly. Cant always help what gets delivered to us but we try. Our shelves are usually pretty full long as ppl are respectful and don't hoard. I enjoy our store and working there pt. The Easter bunny was around yesterday hehehe

The deli service was PATHETIC today. They were so slow walking behind the counter, putting things away, and slicing. There was a line forming of people waiting and one person got tired of waiting and left. We spent at least 10 minutes waiting. I normally use the kiosk to order and then shop instead of waiting, but today I didn't need much so we thought waiting would be faster. Ha!

Use another pharmacy. They always have to order medicine and if its friday they dont get it until monday. They make up their own rules that after appropriate phone calls turn out to be total lies. Save yourself from the aggravation and find a real pharmacy.

So disappointed in this store. I, as all of us, spend A LOT of money on groceries.....too much. So when in the past month alone, items I bought went bad in a matter of a few days OR get them home and are already bad, it is time to find a better place to spend money. Last week, bought two steaks for $23.00....turned brown in 3 days. Bought berries Sunday....blackberries were moldy, blueberries were soft and strawberries already turning. If this happens once in a while I understand but over the past 5 years of shopping there it just seems this is normal at this store as I've experience this almost every time I shop.....rotten or aged produce, meats going bad too soon (especially hamburger that old is wrapped within new to look fresh), freezer burnt thawed seafood .....not good

I have shopped at the store for over 10 years and only recently I’ve started to have all of these issues and when I’ve attempted to talk to the store about it I’ve gotten attitude and then even asked if any of it was my fault and If I left it in my car too long. Obviously because it was food I was not offered any rain check no refunds or exchanges because of Covid. Giant in Dover PA am I the only one having problems lately with purchasing food that is spoiled. I had problems with the prepackaged lunchmeat so I stopped buying it and then had problems with the packaged lunchmeat in the refrigerator section, then I bought 3 gallons of the silk unsweetened vanilla and all three of them were curdled and today I got a pack of the hard-boiled eggs and they are downright rotten.

Bought a half sheet cake for my 3yr old grandson and it was the worst cake I have ever seen that came from a store. $37.99 and my grandson could of done it. they did refund my money but it still was the joke of the small party we had. we will not be ordering from them again. We will use a private cake person in the future. I just would love to understand the thought process when they decided that the cake was good to go.

some workers are rude and snippy. really going overboard with the safety nazi's telling me I'm going the wrong direction, then she walks "the wrong direction" it's really quite ironic your so concerned now about public safety but only recently have your employees been required to wear a mask when they encounter hundreds of customers a day. I ve been working at home for almost 2 months doing my part. seems a little late in the game to convince me you really give a RIP. it's a facade...

Workers are rude and unfriendly. No one smiles at you. Management is the worst. A smile goes very far during these scary times. Very disappointed. Will be going elsewhere after 10 years. I’m tired of the nasty attitudes. Mary and Kay seem to be the only ones to go to who are friendly to customers.

Store is Dirty....needs re-stocked.....no disposal able cat pans.... really really needs some more stock....black girl rude and un-helpful in Deli....entrance to store stinks on Southern End and is dirty....leaves inside the front entrance...why....?????

first of all this is my place of work so i really truely do appreciate this store and all its loyal customers. i enjoy my job here at giant as a cashier and u-scan associate, and gas hut associate. I also enjoy shopping here. we have some pretty darn good sales i will say.. I love my co-workers and bosses as well. so greatful for giant food stores!
