I brought my son here to get his hair cut and it came out horribly. I felt bad because he’s 13 months old and wasn’t very cooperate. I wish I was told that they couldn’t do his hair that day and to try again a different day instead of botching it. Now I have to take him to get his hair fixed again because it looks so bad. I will not be returning for future services.

Stylist: Brianna Nail did it yet again! Even haircut and bangs. Did a great job styling my crazy curls. Recommended 3 great products and is very kind! Only expensive cause the products I chose and I left a $10 tip. 10/10 recommend this salon

Been coming here for years and it's honestly always a good experience. The one hair stylist, Bree is the best I've ever had and is honestly the only person I trust with my hair. She is also trans / lgbtqia+ friendly and makes everyone feel welcomed. Would honestly just highly recommend based off her alone

I went to get a haircut for my son and I specifically showed the lady a picture of a haircut that I wanted for my son and I got something way different to the point where it looked a buzzcut. And she was going very fast to the point where it felt like she was just trying to get done to go home. All of this is at York,PA 17402 East York.

Update: Nice copy and paste response! Ive had no experience there, i would never go to Great Clips and expect a salon experience. If youre not willing to put in the training dont hire people fresh out of beauty school just to crush them less than 6 months in.
