I made an appointment with the J H representative, which she arrived 10 minutes late for, then she had scheduled another appointment for the same time. The other patron apologized for interrupting our appointment, but the J H representative did not until I walked out after more than a half hour delay to my appointment. The J H rep did explain that she works for a separate organization based in New York City and that the fee for a simple return would be around $600.00, RIDICULOUS!! I thanked her for disrupting our evening and walked out, NEVER TO RETURN!!!

This past year I used Jackson Hewitt Tax Service and couldn't be happier with my decision. When tax time rolls around I, like most people, dread the process. There are so many different services and products that are supposed to make the experience as painless as possible but time and again I have found that I've traded one headache for another. It was quite a refreshing experience to say the least when I first dealt with Mr. Singh and Brenda. It was clear that their primary goal was creating a solid working relationship between us. Regardless of the question asked, they were able to explain the rules and regulations and how they apply to me in plain English, to the point where an approach tailored to my needs and unique circumstances began to take form and become clear. They were able to maximize my deductions without any of the added pain I've become used to when dealing with other tax professionals or services. In contrast to past experiences, where I gave my info to someone or plugged it into a program and essentially became a cog in the wheel until my taxes were submitted, it was certainly a great experience to feel part of a team with them. It didn't hurt that despite the excellent service they provide I somehow walked away with more money in my pocket and a bigger tax return at the end of the day. I will definitely be coming back for years to come!!

Great customer service, friendly, welcoming. They helped me with all my needs. Mr. Singh is the best and the funniest. He makes you feel very comfortable, and he talks in a way that you can understand. These tax people know what they’re doing, and they make sure you get the maximum refund.

The best thing about this place is that they are not seasonal like other tax places. You know you are in the best hands. From checking your return status to answering your notices- they will do all work for you with the utmost professionalism.8. Very professional atmosphere. The employees are attentive to detail and take their time to answer all your question. They make sure you are not rushed or keep waited. This is going to be my tax place from now on.

Commendable service! Only tax place I know that is open through all year. Whenever I have a tax question or notice help, Jackson Hewitt is always there for me. I appreciate the way they handle my tax business and related notices. Fees are reasonable and way lower than other places.

The service is friendly, and I love how well I was treated while there. They make you feel very welcomed and at home. Always the service is so quick and efficient, there’s not a long waiting time basically I was in and out in the matter of 30 mins. Also, my family had to take a picture with the money they received for referring me, I found that so cute and heartwarming. I absolutely will be coming back.

Mr. Singh helps the community and very informative when you need answers to any questions. Would recommend to do business with them. I love the energy in there the atmosphere is so genuine and loving. I was in and out so that’s definitely a good experience. Always my number choice when I file taxes, definitely will bring friends and family next year!

Best tax professionals in the Nassau County and neighboring area. Never felt rushed even though I showed up at the last moment. My preparer takes her time to read all the documents. I even forget to bring some of papers that she helped me to retain from the website. Surely coming back.

This place is a hidden gem. They do not advertise too much. Take client on appointment basis only. That ensures they take proper care of the clients they are serving. They do your taxes in the most efficient manner. I recommend the place to everyone.

Quick and efficient service. Got my refund in like 2 weeks. The advanced loan program and holiday loan program are also very helpful to make most of your refund money.
