albert is so mean, i tried calling so that i could change my pin and he said he can’t do anything about it and the automated thing won’t let me change my pin because “allowable” attempts were over used and i tried explaining that to albert and he was being very rude and i do not appreciate that, i will be switching banks if this is how you treat your customers.

Worst Bank. Constant Credit Card Declines. Constant Account Holds. Constant Lines Inside Bank. Bankers Tell Me That Money Is Not In My Account Even Though It Shows That It Is. Extra Fees & Penalties For No Reason.

Every time go into this branch there's a problem, either the coin counter is always down or you go in and you're standing in line waiting to be helped and there's one teller open but you have 2 or 3 other people standing there bull shitting with each other instead of trying to help customers.

First time going to Dover branch, OMG ?the teller was so rude treated me like her worse enemy in front of my son without even knowing me. I was asking her questions and just ignored me. Then, when I asked again because I thought she didn’t hear me , she just yelled at me. I am not coming to this branch again. Just wanted to speak out because it was a really unpleasant experience and maybe my complaints make her treat customers better. At White st branch, personnel are friendly and more professional so I was expecting the same quality of service on this side.

I deposited a $150k check, they said it would take 6-8 weeks. 3 weeks later they called me back and had me come back in to sign the back of it and said it would be another 6-8 weeks. Meantime I'm living paycheck to paycheck, occasionally hitting the negatives and getting hit with $37 fees over and over. Applied for a $5k loan to stem the bleeding from fees and was denied. Now up to $481 in fees because of their slow service and refusal to give me a loan they know I could pay back. As soon as they stop dragging their feet and get my money in my account I'll be closing it and switching banks. Worst customer service I've ever had with a bank.

They have been doing our taxes for years. It's very convenient they keep everything neat in a portfolio for you to keep your records in order. And lately we've been having the same person prepare our taxes which is nice cause they remember you. The only downfall is that they are very pricey. Our taxes aren't difficult to do at all we just trust their professionalism but could save hundreds by doing it ourselves.

Myself and my roommate have the same banking system. Same income. And same income tax check. Hers clears immediately and mine is on a 1 day hold. When i call the hotline they yell me it's cashier's digression. Wtf is that? So some random teenager gets to choose wether my money is available or not? It's a federal check you numbskull.... Poor branch
