I've used Mt. Zion twice now. First time was pretty straightforward and well done- they lifted my truck 3 inches. Took it back in DEC 25 for new rims, tires and upgrading the headlights on my '22 F250. Prices on high side of reasonable but again, did work well. Had an issue in terms of billing and then communication (didn't discuss disposal of rims and tires and other misc.) and raised it with Mike. He responded immediately, very professionally and accepted responsibility and addressed the billing and other issues. Would recommend based on quality of work and responsiveness to any issues- you typically don't see that nowadays. Good ownership.

Mount Zion Offroad is a world class off-road shop. They've worked my Jeep on several occasions, and all the work has been professional. I really appreciate their honesty and expertise with selecting new parts and keeping it within budget.

Very happy with work. My ZJ never drove as well as it does now. I had pinion angle done, alignment, front axle overhaul. I have more work to be done but that will be another time. Nice job guys.

Offroad aside, this is one of the nicest car shops ive been too. Obviously off road oriented, but some great staff and a great facility. Very happy with the service and interactions!

Great experience working with this shop! My service advisor Curtis was great with communication every step of the way and totally killed it with regard to helping trouble shoot and research the right places to rush order some last minute parts that needed replacement. Every person I spoke to at the shop was super polite and helpful and they really have a nice facility there at Mount Zion Offroad. The technicians Gabe and Todd as well as any other members of the team that helped put together the upgrades for my Ford Raptor did an amazing job. So stoked on the new suspension upgrades and can’t wait to get the truck out in the dirt!

I cannot say enough good things about Mt Zion Offroad. Scheduling was easy. Drop off a breeze. I took my truck in after battling with another shop to get my truck properly aligned, and most shops won’t touch my truck because of the large rims. I got texts during the alignment process, info before any changes were made to the truck, during and after. The Tech Todd went over the truck with me when I picked up the truck, had me test drive it and made sure I was 100% satisfied. I cannot give enough stars about this business. Never ever ever does an automotive shop have so much clear communication throughout the process of working on your vehicle. Price was great seriously to anyone that is looking for the best company out there that actually has skilled techs and run a great business, this is your place! Thanks again to everyone!

I took my 4runner in for a suspension lift. I am amazed with the work that was done. Very professional, very knowledgable, and very friendly environment. Not just the place itself but the whole staff that works there... if you are thinking of having your 4x4 vehicle modified, look NO WHERE ELSE !!! Just call or visit Mount Zion Offroad. You will not be disappointed!!!!
From start to end the whole communication from the staff to the customer was spot on, prices are reasonable.. Every dollar spent in this place is worth it.

I drive two hours to have work done here. The shop is very clean and organized, the waiting area is huge with snacks, the people who work there are friendly and clearly knowledgeable and passionate about their work. They charge reasonable prices and they have excellent attention to detail. I always leave feeling like it was worth every penny and they did a better job than I would have done on my own.

From drop off to pick up , I had an absolutely outstanding experience with mountain Zion Off Road! Curtis the service manager kept me posted throughout the build of my jeep with pictures and updates every day. Gabe was the technician who made everything happen. I sincerely appreciate his attention to detail and how cleanly and professionally he installed Everything . Can’t wait to hit the trails with this crew . highly recommend !
