We had repair work done on our car. They were extremely professional, kind, and guided us through the process...even did the contacting of the insurance company. Their work was amazing, done in the time frame they quoted, and extremely reasonable! I HIGHLY recommend this shop!

Very impressed with their professionalism! I did not have work done here, but I got a collision auto body quote within less than 24hrs of my car being towed to their location. Very knowledgeable and kind staff. They kindly let my car on property till the junk yard could tow it. Grateful for their time and help in an already stressful situation. If I ever need auto body support in the future Rick’s is where I’m calling.

Rick’s Auto did a SPECTACULAR job at getting my truck back up and running after sustaining a good amount of damage to the front end. They were professional and very polite through the whole process. This turn around was about 2 weeks. Super impressive. 5 Star rating no doubt.

Took our Dodge Avenger to Rick's after hitting a deer. Accident happened on October 19th got car back on October 29th,it looked good as new. Great work, timely response,they dealt with my insurance company. Used them before and did great work then also. I thank them for caring for our needs and taking care of our vehicle.

Rick's auto body in Dover Pa. Rick's auto did a fabulous job replacing and painting the rear bumper on my truck. They did it all in one day with very fair pricing to do all the work needed. This is not the first time that they did quality work for us.
