Pharmacist manager Rachael has a very unwelcoming, unprofessional, unpleasant and rude attitude.
I will be reporting her to her superiors. We all have something going on in our lives but that is no excuse for us to mistreat one another especially not knowing what the next person may be enduring.

Don’t bother with the curbside pickup. This is about my 5th time doing it and after waiting 10/15 minutes you have to call the store to get them to bring it out and then it still takes awhile. It’s not quick and easy as intended. It has never been brought out without me having to call the store after notifying them of my arrival through the app.

Nice people, but the pharmacy is very understaffed. Prescriptions take days longer than they should to fill. We will have to find another pharmacy.

Well bc my daughter switched her pharmacy without telling me , I tried to pick her meds up for her as she asked me to do, and bc I was insisting that she picked a script up and info may have changed bc she was self pay, the “lead pharmacy tech “ decided to tell me “I was touched in the head “ … how professional ! I wasn’t rude or anything , just trying to figure out why she wasn’t coming up in the system … I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs …. Rude and not helpful at all

This Walgreens has a very personable pharmacy & store staff. I, always, call in advance since my medications can be delayed by the manufacturer (same as in Florida). For me, having a pharmacist I trust is of the utmost importance to me.

I can never get through to the pharmacy on the phone. My prescriptions are always delayed or out of stock and I put the orders in a week ahead of time to avoid this.

Worst pharmacy! Do not refill our orders on time. Quickly cancels our prescriptions without enough time to get them! Harass us on the phone. Complaint filed with headquarters! This pharmacy should be investigated!

Never answers the phone. Always a problem with pharmacy. I will be changing stores although it's a pain to do so.They really need to do something.

Always hang up on you after youve waited an hour. Never refill prescriptions on time. Rude pharmacy staff.
