Dr. Gandianco is the most attentive, caring, competent, and proactive physician I have ever known. He explains things thoroughly, discusses things with you and doesn't just make diagnosis without your input and without doing research. He cares about your concerns and individual needs as a patient.

If you're a young person and you're looking for a doctor that you can trust, and one that will listen then dont go here!!! If you're over 55 then I hear they're great.

I have been a patient with Dover internal medicine for over 10 years. I have never had a problem with the nurses, staff or doctors. I see Dr. Gandionco he's never in a hurry and he really listens to what you have to say. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs medical care.
