I have used this facility for identity validation service. The staff greeted us and friendly to go through the details. The lobby is clean and neat. The restrooms are maintained well.
Enough parking spaces all around. They have an inspection station and workshop, Tags, titles, and then an insurance center.
The restrooms are maintained clean.
In addition to all the above, they have the classic AAA experience and things.

DO NOT go here without an appointment. They will treat you like trash… I called this location to ask I could come in today for a walk-in identogo fingerprinting. They told me yes (with no qualifiers) over the phone. I walked in the door 10 min later and they refused to fingerprint me because it was too late in the day… If you only take walk-ins during certain hours, that information should be given when someone is inquiring about walk-in appointments

I had an awful experience at this store today. I had an oil change and it lasted 6 hours. Totally inexcusable! An oil change should take 30 minutes max and understand they were busy but got the impression state inspections take priority over oil changes.
I also noticed they have 8 lifts and only 3 mechanics. No bueno! I noticed they work on one car and shift to another car so that partially explains why it took so long. Furthermore, my mechanic wasn't working some of the time and was seen bs'g with other mechanics instead of working. I understand that my window was a couple of hours but 6 hours is unacceptable.
I won't be coming back to this store and would rather pay $50-60 elsewhere for an oil change because everyone has an hourly rate for their time and their lack of consideration for my time was upsetting and frustrating. I won't be recommending this place and will take my business elsewhere.

I had a fantastic experience with the customer service and emotional intelligence displayed by the staff. I did a walk-in at the AAA in Downingtown, PA. to have IDENTIGO services done to get my fingerprints taken for future employment. What really impressed me was the level of care I received. I was already feeling weird and sort of out of place until I had an encounter with the front desk lady, I think her name is Sheryl. Then after that I went to the back and within 5 minutes a young lady acknowledged my presence and asked me if I had an appointment. I replied to her, I'm sorry unfortunately I do not have an appointment,
I am a walk-in. She immediately said I can take you now before the next appointment.
I said Yes! Thank You! Thank You!
I was super excited feeling like I just won something when she called me up to do my fingerprints. I believe her name is Alicia.
So, I want to say THANK YOU to the 2 Lovely Staff members! Their kindness both really made my day! Because of them, it helped boost my confidence about getting this new job. Thank God for the 2 Lovely Ladies@AAA

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING HAVING TO DO WITH FINGERPRINTING. I am having an issue with fingerprinting for a Security Threat Assessment and I returned to the location at the direction of the divers licensing center, IDENTOGO, and the TSA. All said to return there due to some error that must have been made. When I asked to speak to a manager I was initially told there was no manager for that service. So I asked to speak to whomever I could to figure out what was wrong. Some man came out and quickly stated that it was not their issue at all. He never looked at any of the information I had or anything. I then was thrown over to some woman who is suppose was the manager I asked to see in the first place. She quickly stated it was not their issue. I said I would like a refund for services not rendered and she also said that was not her issue. So they took my money at the AAA location and facilitated a service for IDENTOGO but refused to facilitate a refund. They made no attempt to look at the information I had . They made no attempt solve my issue. They didn’t even contact IDENTOGO and see if there was some kind of breakdown. Nothing. Just go somewhere else. Never asked what my name was and never looked to see if they made a mistake, which is what the other entities involved seem to think is what happened. Very disappointed with my overall experience and will never return there for any service of any type and would recommend that everyone else goes somewhere else for their needs.

Booked online appointment for 730am (booking made days ago) expecting we had first appointment of the day. My wife showed up at 730am and was told they wouldnt get to car until the afternoon because online reservations are not "appointments".
The previous time I came in I asked them to resecure my bumper while I got an oil change and they forgot.
This location used to be good, their service has gone to hell in the past year.

Great fast service. I called to be assisted with a car lock out and I was in my car within 60 seconds after he arrived and viewed my ID and signature in all it was a 5 minute process if that! Saleem is who assisted me!
