I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Booked an appt with Geek Bar to help with an Apple issue noting very clearly that "I cannot turn phone on" only to have them take the phone and tell me "we can't help you cuz we can't turn it on". Why on earth do you provide Apple support when your response is "Sorry but we're not able to provide better Apple support". Don't waste your time going here if you need Apple support even though they say they have Apple support. Very frustrating.

Experienced some trouble with the curbside pickup (waited 10 mins with no word from the team). Went inside to get more info and was greeted and helped by one of the specialists - James Fessenbecker (Operations Lead). He apologized for the inconvenience, located our item right away (an upright freezer), and he immediately helped us. He carried the item out to our car when we realized it wouldn’t fit in our compact SUV with our newborn in the backseat. I made the decision to head home, drop off my wife and the baby, and head back before closing. James gave me his card and promised to wait for me to return. I arrive about 30 minutes later and he was right there to greet me and help me. Amazing professionalism, customer service, and extremely kind! Thank you so much James!

Horrible tv buying experience! I bought a tv online that came damaged. I went to this store to try and return it and even bought a more expensive one. They said they could not return it to this store because it’s physically damaged and needs to got to a different store. Even then I was like “whatever let’s just go ahead with the new tv.” They scheduled a delivery of 12/12. I work about an hour away and had to make arrangements to be home for the delivery. I called late on 12/11 to check the status only to find out it has to be rescheduled because the warehouse didn’t have it. This was after being on hold for 15 minutes straight! When I asked why I wasn’t contacted they just said they only have Thursday available. I expressed my dissatisfaction( mind you, I never cursed or raised my voice, however I was told not to be rude) and was told only Thursday Friday or Saturday. When I asked why all of the sudden there is now more availability, she hung up on me. I will never shop at Best Buy again!

The customer service representative never ordered the items I paid for. When I arrived to pick up my items I noticed I was some and the gentleman behind the cs desk immediately was offended I was counting the items. After pointing out on my receipt that I paid for the items that were missing the gentleman argued that I did... finally after a Manager got involved and said they were shipping it to my house. I asked for a receipt and gave me a hard time about wanting a gaurantee I would get what I ordered..... terrible customer service. Should be ashamed

My go to place for any quick electronic devices shopping in the Downingtown area. The price match is a plus. Good collection of appliances, the purchase protection worked well in the past. Recently purchased go pro and decent price ans quick pickup. The customer service is good and check out is friendly.

The store is great, it features electronics that you can try out and are easily accessible on display.The customer service is sometimes quite annoying. I was lied to when I asked "do you have this specific part for this computer" and they said "yes" although I went to the store and they didn't. My dad wasted money on gas.The store is great for buying electronics, some such as pre orders or just buying an item. I specifically buy Google Products and if you are deciding to do so, the glass gets scratched VERY easily.

Purchased a television, received delivery, opened box and plugged TV in. Spider web on screen. Took back to store and they refused return stating they saw fingerprints and I caused damage. Simply touching a television breaks it and Best Buy refused to stand by the product. The manager (Jenn) was unwilling to help or provide an alternate solution. Terrible product and worse support. Don’t purchase anything here.

1.0 star rating10/9/2023Event occurred on 8/16/23First of all I'm shocked this store is still open.They don't care about their customers and this will be the last time I talk about Best Buy!! Not wasting my time on businesses that don't care about the services in person that they don't provide to their customers!! A true tale that this company will be going out of business I for see in the near future!!I purchased the Armour shield ( now Zedd) 5 of them in 2020 for all 5 iPhone , so every time my tempered screen cracks they replace it for the lifetime on the phone. Well for my life the last 5 years Best buy thinks I'm trying to steal from them by saying i have screens to put a new tempered glass replacement on, we go through this every visit like they don't remember. It's like 50 first dates in this store!! Seriously. So last visit I go in and try to have 2 screens done. Here we go again , now their ancient computer system needs a key associate and they asks me the same questions and in a non direct way accuses me of trying to act like i purchased multiple screens to try and get one free!! I walk over to customer service to ask for the man's name who is talking to me like I'm an idiot. He gives me his full name. ((RICHARD VERNON)) Then 5 minutes that man approaches me and says i have something of his in my wallet and he wants it back , now this man is over 6 feet tall and says this 3 times in an aggressive manner. I call my husband cause now I'm feeling scared and threatened by this guys body language and demeaner , also I'm with my 15 year old daughter and he is doing this!!. I threatened to call 911 and he walks away and laughs at me !! The manager came over to talk to me and said he needs some coaching, she did nothing to help me !! she was worthless!! I call best buys customer service that same day and they have yet to call me !! Pathetic!!

Some of the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Whoever the older gentleman was with the blue beanie needs to be let go immediately. Tried to ask some questions about a recent giveaway promotion and was accosted by him and was given absolutely no information about how to obtain the promo without being talked down to. The store wouldn't even sell me any of the product needed for the promo as they claimed their systems couldn't process the transaction. I doubt I will ever be back here.

Awful experience. Went in and had to wait for 30 minutes just for someone to help me only to find out they did not have the product I wanted even though it showed on their website as available for pickup and even the employee acknowledged they should have the product. Sad experience from bestbuy. I recommend any other computer shop.
