Not the kindest CVS we've been to! Waited a good time for assist. at self check out. We were def. an inconvenience. Very unhappy employees there. The teens at the Thorndale CVS are the best btw!

This location must have the worse staff. They dont want to help you. They look at you with judgmental eyes if you're not wearing a mask. They are rude and in incompetent. I went here to return items and the weird maskhole cashier guy never gave me a receipt. I checked my bank account and there's no refund pending. He didnt do his job. This guy was super rude to me, he was probably judging me cause I had on a low cut top exposing bandages covering recent 2nd degree burns. Terrible and evil person who never gave me my money back

Pharmacy staff here was friendly, efficient and helpful on the phone on getting prescriptions transferred. Excellent customer service at the drive up window as well. They are not as well stocked in first aid items as other locations.

Update: They "found my phone in the back" after 3 months. When I went in to pick it up, sassy little Amir repeatedly called me a "piece of s***** Big words little man. --This location has a UPS access point where my package was left, CVS signed for the package. I was told my package was not there when I called and spoke to the manager Amanda. UPS then contacted Amanda and got the same answer.I went to UPS and the last record they have shows it was last at CVS. Went in to CVS with the paperwork showing they had it last and they had no answers for me and blamed UPS saying they drop off and pick up packages as they please. The package was clearly an iPhone so a CVS employee likely stole it.

Went to pick up a prescription that they said was ready only to get there all the way across town to have them tell me they haven't had that medication I 3 months... so why text me and tell me it's ready????? Stupid, and they don't have enough people to service the prescription area waited 10 mins for the great news!! Terrible customer service the only reason I go there is because my insurance company dictates that is where I have to go!!!

When you drop off a script at 5 pm and they tell you they are too busy to fill it and you can pick it up tomorrow. They close at 9 pm! Four hours isn't enough time to fill a script? The CVS inside Target never has that issue. Lost a customer for good.
